First off the company gives you a ESTIMATE... not including the hidden cost. After the work was completed we received and outrageous bill and the math wasn't mathing. We found out that the services is per hour which in fine if stated on the invoice of the estimate which wasn't. The tech also reported he Hung the chandelier and had to take it back down which was also inaccurate because the first chandelier was too wide to hand. To add to that the technician reported 3 hrs of service when they were here an hour. The time stamps were pulled from the ring doorbell. Nice Try!!! So when we spoke to the home office Paula could never get a straight answer about billing. We asked for an itemized bill and the response was " I have to call you back" which I don't understand because you have the invoice pulled up. They also charged for wire nuts ... I don't know if you all ever hung light but all the supplies are included. And to charge per hour little things matter like not taking the protective plastic off the fixture that adds 15mins , not knowing if the switch is off adds 15mins instead of just requesting the breaker be off. Also taking personal phone calls while on the job that adds time also when the other tech is waiting in instructions. so if you get a tech named Danny look out for these things because it's unfair to the consumer have ya timer set. And don't pay when he requests on site ... Check you invoice and pay through the website.

Some aspects of the design weren't able to be completed the way the estimator described, necessitating changes during construction. The build quality was satisfactory, but took much longer to complete, due to re-work or quality concerns: * The job was agreed to be completed by the first week of May. Concrete foundation was poured April 1. One or two delays could be attributed to COVID, but the job wasn't handed off for finishing work until July. * Windows delivery delayed approximately 2 weeks. Upon delivery to job site, homeowner discovered a broken sash on one of the new units. Windows were not delivered able to be installed, they were missing exterior trim pieces, creating a 2 week delay for window installation. This was corrected satisfactorily. * The entrance door was ordered with wrong swing. This delayed installation of correct door. This took 4 weeks to get resolved. * Not enough insulation was ordered/supplied on installation day. 1 wall had to await further order of insulation. * No mounting box was installed on the ceiling joist for the ceiling fan. It was eventually corrected. Several sections of brick * The initial sheetrock contractor was unaware that they were to repair the hole cut by the electrical contractors inside the home. The second sheetrock contractor was also unaware, but eventually repaired the hole satisfactorily. * No rafter collar ties were available for sheetrock contractor to mount sheetrock to, to achieve a flat section at the top of the ceiling as agreed by the general contractor. In order to install R-30 insulation in the ceiling it became necessary to add 2x4 furring strips to each ceiling rafter. This effectively reduced the collar tie horizontal mounting surface to almost zero. This was remedied by the general contractor adding a 1x12" plywood section to the top of the ceiling and covering it with drywall. The flat ceiling section just did meet our expectations. * The electrical sub panel box breakers were installed by the electrical contractor on the wrong circuits. The 220V service breaker was attached to the receptacles/lights circuit wiring, and the 110V breaker was attached to the PTAC AC unit circuit. Somehow, this passed the rough-in building inspection. The building contractor did correct this unexplainable oversight. * The drywall contractor did not hang the sheetrock, so the general contractor workers ended up hanging it. They installed 2 sheets of thicker sheetrock on a wall that altered the trim line, necessitating extra backing/shims to get the trim to align.
