I got tired of the price creep, and had an issue with a broken bin. They replaced it with another broken bin. I finally said I'd had it and told them to come pick up thier bins and contracted West Central. They're less expensive and today they picked up before noon. The WM truck... 4:15. 2 out of the 20 houses on my block are WM... the rest are West Central. There's good reason for that. After a year with them, I can say it pays to go with the quality, more local company.
