I'm only speaking on the manager. Timmy, he used to work at Boston street and treat the female employees like crap. But what really takes the cake, is this man likes to take advantage of elderly costumers. My neighbor, an 81 year old widow, was fully taken advantage of. He told dher that she needed a wifi extender(he told her it wouldn't change the price, and that it would make her wifi run way fast) He got her to open up a credit card, and told her that she would get all these benefits. Then he told her shed get 300$ for it. that was 3 months ago. He lied to her twice saying the 300$ was taking too long. Well my neighbor today called me over to help me figure out why her bill was almost 500$. Well its simple, Timmy got the commission out of an 81 year old woman, telling her she needed it, got her to open a line of credit that I'm sure he also got commission on. Then pretended to submit her 300$. Never did. Want to know the best part, he wasn't even the person that was supposed to be doing this. A newer female was taking care of my neighbor, and we were able to determine today, that he changed things so that poor girl didn't get commission and that it went to him. Well Timmy, I'm sure you were moved from Boston street because you lied to yell at the girls and say they're slow. But now, you're getting looked into by the people higher up. Especially when I was able to explain that he made it seem that it was necessary and that I had a recording that she took because she said you were screaming at your employees, but what's great is. You told my neighbor she had to do these upgrades or her internet wouldn't work. Now I had to go report you to 3 different departments, and someone even higher up is calling me back shortly. This store has poor customer service, their focus is on making a sale. When I asked for the price of a phone, the price I was quoted included accessories and the salesperson did not mention that those items were an additional cost beyond the cost of the phone. This type of behavior is unacceptable, it's deceptive and misleading, as a 20 year customer of T-Mobile, I expect and deserve a truthful and forthcoming retail experience. Perhaps this store looks good on the corporate books but from a customer perspective, it's bad. My advice: Don't go to this store. I hope T-Mobile corporate will take notice. SB read more

Walked in to such a small location only 2 people working and 2 people being seen. No one spoke or asked if any help.help . was needed...it's the holiday season and I guess customer service is dead when it comes to Tmobile. Smdh read more

I went in to see about getting a new sim card. When I met with Eric he called me Darlin and acted strange. I explained that I didn't have access to my phone and needed a sim card for my extra phone in the meantime. He asked me "what's going on here" and kept chatting to his coworkers while asking me questions. I waited several minutes for the sim card and he then told me there is a cost of $26 I asked him why he didn't mention that before and he rudely said that's the cost. I have had mostly positive experiences at T-mobile this location is run like a highschool! read more

Went in to upgrade and get a new phone. Whole store smells like marijuana. You have 3 people working all sitting on their phones No one really knows what they are doing. Then they couldn't give me the phone I bought because someone had already used it. Even though I am buying it new. I will never go back again. Stood there while they called the help number just to hear they don't know what to do either. I would rather switch to another provider who actually know what they are doing. read more

I was having a whole lot of problems trying to get my sister's SmartLlink phone unlocked so I could get both of us on the new 2 for the price of 1 age 55 & over $60 month unlimited talk text internet plan. I had no choice but to go to this store and buy a new Samsung phone so my sister could keep her same phone number. The manager there .. MIKE .... was so friendly and helpful. He showed us a few phones that would work after asking us about what we wanted to do with them, then put the SIMS card in and made sure the photos and contacts were all transferred. We were in & out in a short amount of time and my sister is so happy with the new phone and plan. read more
