I am a customer for three years now and alwa went to the T-Mobile on Washington Ave whenever I had any questions or problems with my phone and whoever it was tha took care of me solved my issues and was a pleasure to deal with but now I moved to Bloomfield and went to T-Mobile on Bloomfield Avenue in Bloomfield cause it was convenient but will never step foot in there again. they salesg that took care of me was so rude and was on her cell phone the whole time an didn't solve my phone issues. unh Bloomfield customer. read more

I arrive there at 950 the store opens at 10 after waiting 15 minutes and a line forming outside 1005 I looked in the store the lady made of the lady and made a motion towards me not to look into the window finally she came to the door at 10:10 said only one person allowed in the store at a time so I decided to leave will never return to that store again read more

Went into the Tmobile store at 143 Washington Ave in Belleville, New Jersey to make a purchase. The employee informed me I would get a savings if I bundled other items but it was not true. Each item was separately charged without any discounts. Before you sign, make sure you are not about to be overcharged. Will not be returning to this location. read more

Terrible customer service, and it is not the first time. A few years ago I had a problem with my phone. Raul was the name of the employee who took care of me. He asked for my phone to check it and instead of checking in settings, he was going thru my gallery. I was standing in front of him, and could see the reflexion on his glasses while he was scrolling fast like looking for a specific kind of picture. When I ask him why he was scrolling in my gallery, he got nervous, closed the screen and went on settings. I still feel he violated my privacy. It is unbelievable how we trust a T-Mobile agent with our personal stuff. Of course I called customer service and complained about this incident. But Raul kept working there for a few more years. Then he got fired, witch made me wonder how bad his behave had to be for him to finally get fire. This Saturday I went to the store because I had a problem connecting to the carrier (T-Mobile) with my new phone that I got the day before. The male employee that took care of me was on a video call with a woman. He did not end the video call or put the phone away. Instead he put his phone with the video facing up on top of the table while I had to give him my information. When I mention that I was not comfortable with a third person in the middle of my personal information being release, he said that was nothing, he was capable of taking care of me and being on the line, while he made a gesture pointing at his ear bugs. At that point I just left the store. I thank everyone who is working in the middle of the pandemic. But that does not mean that the values of the company are goin to be on the floor. read more

This Tmobile store is really in need of more structure. They told me that I could get a promo, made me wait 2 hours, then told me that in order to get the promo, I had to spend $200. Really bad salesmanship. I would rather go to Clifton's Tmobile. They are informative, helpful, and quick. read more
