First off I would like to salute both Melissa G. & Maria M. for their patience and awesome customer service. I can honestly see what may frustrate your associates...its simply customer demand..something you can and can't help. My LGV20 dies and through the jump program I was able to upgrade to your Samsung S9...by the way....GET RID OF YOUR LG PHONES...I WENT THROUGH 3 OF THEM IN 2 YEARS IF NOT 4...NOT GOOD...it took my best man at my wedding (after he replaced yet another one for me. ....so happy I went to this store instead of the Dedham one..they didn't add my contacts when they said they did and lost everything..in the past now) but he informed me that they are called "throw aways" that only last a few months until: The battery port dies or The LG keyboard mysteriously dissapears.. BUT back to the positive You have two great assistants working there...I know where to go for help..the only reason I had to go elsewhere? They were out of screen protectors for my phone but they assisted me with where to go in the mall to get one.. Word to the wise...we all have things on our phones we want transferred...millenials do us adults a favor..TRY DELETING YOUR 200000 texts and memes before coming in to the store! Your spoiled enough! And before you say anything I have 3 children in college with common sense that know better! We all know they only have what 1....maaaaybe 2 of those transfer machines? While in the Brockton area, I decided to stop by the T-Mobile store located inside the Westgate mall to inquire about switching carriers and possibly upgrade my current iPhone for the iPhone 12 Pro Max. I met with Chris who assisted me, he was very professional, helpful personable, knowledgeable and patient; he answered all of my questions, I can't say enough good words. In addition, due to the store closing/relocating, they didn't have any displays nor many phones available. Chris asked some of his colleagues to show me the different iPhones they owned in order to give me a better idea in size difference, etc. His colleague James, who was equally as great and helpful, went to the other T-Mobile located at the mall to find an available iPhone for me. Everyone was so helpful and nice. Excellent customer service. read more

First of all T-Mobile is the best network I've ever had in the 17 years over used a cell phone. The store experience is just as good. I went into the T-Mobile Westgate Mall location in Brockton to upgrade my phone. My 2 year contract was up and I wanted to renew as well as upgrade to the iPhone 7 plus. The guy that helped me was very friendly and helpful. He moved over my SIM card to the new phone and also transferred all my phone info to the new phone using their laptop. Super easy. Plenty of other employees working so there was no wait. Great experience. Thank you! read more

The service at this store is subpar! Steer clear...... before this nightmare I was a loyal metro customer for nearly 3 years. I bought a phone from this store about a week ago and within just a few days the phone started having technical issues. I brought it back to the store at once, expecting an easy swap or a credit of some sort. The sales associate whom I dealt with, after getting instructions from his manager, informed me that per their policy they don't do same day swaps, they'd have to order me a new phone. that was supper inconvenient but I was game..as long I got a phone I was willing to wait the three business days he told it was going to take. I left the store with all the confidence and trust that it was being handled. I stopped by a couple days early just to check to see if it had arrived early...nada...it's ok we are still good, it should be coming soon right? so, I went back in the actual day he told me they'd have my phone ready... now we are getting to the good part... I met the manager ( a very rude woman), she immediately denied ever having that conversation, even the guy who sold me the POS acted like he never seen me before. I walked in receipt in hand, box still in shopping bag, clearly I bought this from you and was told by you, thought your associate ( because you told him over the phone what to tell me), she denied the whole thing. her story changed so much, she went from "we don't have anybody working here by the description you are giving me ) to " sometimes they send other associates from other store to help" to " I am the only manager here and I don't remember talking to anybody about a phone replacement. Then she just walked away and left me standing there. She came back out and told me she just called the associate and apparently he told her that what he had said to me was to stop by on this day to speak to a manager.. WTH? then she got supper rude and defensive like she was ready to fight somebody. I didn't get any form of adequate service, no assistance in resolving the issue whatsoever. I wasn't looking for a refund or anything like that. I just wanted service. Some kind of assistance, I got nothing. And you call yourself a manager? If you can't refund my money ( which isn't what I wanted anyway) then offer me some kind of credit towards another phone. Simple enough right? you would think so. The manager is incompetent to say the least and rude as hell. The sales associates just follow her rude example and just talk to/ and around customers anyway they want. Professionalism is out of the window. Who the hell trained this people? They all, manager included, a very poor representation of the brand. I was so disappointed in the service that I left metro that day and went next door and switched to their competitor. read more

I purchased an iPhone 8 Plus and returned 4 days later as I had no service in an area that I recently moved to in NH after loosing my husband of 47 years. I was promised the phone would work. 1 Month later I received a collection notice for $200.00!!! After several phone calls to customer service I was repeatedly told my password wasn't correct and informed my phone never reached the warehouse! Funny, I personally returned to the store manager Brian! When I called customer service for the last time, they made a conference call to Brian and he REFUSED to speak to them regarding this matter!! I proceeded to bring this matter to a Corporate T-Mobile closer to my new home and was informed that Brian didn't properly close my T mobile account! All of this unnecessary BS due to a manager that didn't take the time to CARE about a recently widowed, elderly woman. I wouldn't recommend this location to ANYONE!!! read more
