I was waiting quite a while to be served. When it was my turn, Carlos insisted on calling on a woman behind me. She told me he saw her first. She insisted I was in front of her but he just insisted and did what he wanted. As it happens I came in despite recovering from a fractured knee. I didn't ask for special accommodations. NEVER SWITCH to T-Mobile! There has been a "glitch" in processing your rebate. I ended up with massive fees from my original carrier due to T-Mobile. Two bills now! They call it "Carrier Freedom" I guess you define freedom as wasting my time, not following through, and costing me a lot of $, then that definition is right on. read more

Check your bill. This location is BIG on adding Apple Care and other add ons without telling you. Just bought a phone there and discovered that AppleCare was added without being told or asked. Nice little perk for the sales person for selling the add-on, I'm sure. This has actually happened to me TWICE at this location. Shame on me, I guess. read more

I have had such a great experience at this store. I have gotten all of my phones, upgrades, and pay my bills at this location. I will wait and pass other stores so that I can be helped here. The customer service is top-notch. The sales associate Wil is very patient and always has time to help set up my phones, link my contacts and whatever I need. I just went to T-Mobile to switch over from AT&T and I had Donovan helping me out! Donovan was great! He helped me set up my phone plan with a plan that works best for the amount of data I use. I was also switching to an iPhone that used to be my brother's phone from AT&T. He helped to unlock my AT&T phone, transfer all my contacts from my old phone to the iPhone, and then switch my phone number to my new phone so I can keep my number! Halfway through his manager told him he could go because his shift ended, but he made sure to finish our transaction and did not rudely leave in the middle. He was helpful and professional- give that guy a raise! I took off one star for T-Mobile because they don't have their stuff together with contracts. First of all, T-Mobile has new plans that don't require a contract holding you for a period of time, meaning you can switch plans or cancel your plan at any time without penalty. However, they still have contracts to sign that are more for "agreement of service" but the old part of the contract is still there regarding penalties! So basically, they haven't updated the wording on their contracts to match what they're advertising. Donovan then had to scribble out the stuff that is no longer valid and sign his initials there. That's absolutely ridiculous and irresponsible, T-Mobile. Update your contracts and stop letting dumbos who don't read the contracts sign on a document with invalid wording. It left me feeling a little bit wondering if something tricky is going on. I dislike that. read more

Don't normally do yelp reviews but I rushed to this location after work to discuss my phone bill and I actually wanted to purchase ear pods for my iPhone. I arrived at 7:30 and the store was already closed. The door and online clearly says that this location closes at 8:00pm so I don't see why it was closed so early. This looks bad. First class customer service can only describe my experience today at tmobile. I needed to change my SIM to a micro sim. when I entered at the store was empty so I got fast service which is always nice. I was greeted and helped by Angel D. When I asked about the SIM transfer he informed me about a10 dollar fee, which I was happy to pay. He then asked me if I had contact service line with tmobile to wave the fee ... Which I was again gladly to pay. The automated service wasn't very helpful but again Angel was there to assist me. He did his part with the automated service and computer and my account and my fee was waved. Sweet!!! No more Atlantic ave location they're rude there read more

I am a TMobile customer for one year but i just had the worst experience ever in that store I was about to switch and get both a smartphone and a plan, but the salespersons didn't allow me because i am a resident, not a citizen and a prepaid ....
