They modified our account and added the 360 coverage plan WITHOUT our permission, charging $18 more each month. I went in to have it removed (more than an hour drive from my home) and dealt with Faith. When I walked into the shop, no one was even there- no employees. I walked around, looking at products on display, waiting. A young man came out and said they'd be right with me a couple of minutes in. So, I waited. Eventually, Faith came out and was dull. No joke- she couldn't answer a single question (what does that $90/month mean? I don't know.) when I asked her to remove the plan, she was able to do it, but couldn't refund me the months I've been paying for it. She couldn't do that. I then wanted to go ahead and pay-off our new phones and she said there'd be a $5 fee for doing that in the store. So- it is a WASTE of time to make the effort to go into this store. I love my service but getting assistance is ridiculous at the Butte shop. Dishonest (adding a protection plan without permission), incompetent (hanging out in the back instead of greeting incoming customers, unable to make her iPad work- so had to go back and get the other employees' in the back, no knowledge of what the codes for billing mean, and incapable of performing the basic duties one would expect in-store).

We were vacationing here when my granddaughter broke her phone, so this was unplanned and required that her mom deal with it from out of state. Not only were they able to do a better upgrade than we requested, but also for the same price! Then, when we had wrapped up all the data transfers, etc, we weren't able to give them all the codes they needed for a trade in, however they honored it anyway. I was a grateful gramma. They were professional, friendly, took lots of time with us and we walked out very pleased!
