Horrible Service. I came in requesting a eSim. First they told me they don't do eSIMs and I told…read morethem they do. I got an eSIM for another phone done at this location. After 15 mins of talking and explaining what I wanted, my current SIM was canceled and I was given a NEW traditional SIM. When I asked why I was giving this, they told me that, that is what I requested. After explaining what I wanted, they told me they don't have them in stock. I asked if they could check to see if another store had them in stock. They gave me a phone number and told me to call the other store and check myself. Then the guy walked away. I came back a few hours later to try to get a sim card to work, (on a ATT Purchased phone) and asked to check to see if it was unlocked. They told me there is no way they can do that in store. I asked if we could try since I was already there. They said no. I have successfully switched to another phone company. ATT customer service at this location is awful.

It was a Monday eve so I thought/was hoping I would be in and out for a quick exchange.. Whomp, whomp on that because I ended up waiting at least 20 minutes to be serviced. The clerk told me when I walked in that there were only 2 clerks working. She asked me to sign in and I noticed there were 3 ahead of me. So I guess this is reasonable since I was forewarned and the lady helping me was very apologetic about the wait. Thankfully they had what I wanted. I also liked the large selection of items that were on display.

Second bill; I was charged for protection plan that I never asked for. AND charged $85 twice (4G plan) ; when plan says on ATT website that $85 covers both lines. ATT is by far the WORST cellular service provider; an absolute rip-off scheme.

It went to the apple store to replace a cracked screen. They told me that there was a two hour…read morewait. So I walked over to the cell doc. They said that they could fix it in 15 min. And it was around $70. They had an aftermarket screen. I asked if they had an original apple screen. They said the original apple screen would cost $110. So I agreed to have the original screen installed. Once fixed I found out of course it was not an original Apple part and the quality was not as they promised!!! I returned to confront them on the issue and that's when the story changed to it is original but not Apple certified therefore the quality will not be the same! Had I know that in the first place I would never have purchased it!

After hours of back & forth & transferring me to someone else I went straight into a store. Chiquita welcomed me, heard my story and immediately knew what to do, who to call and what to say. She was extremely pleasant, apologized for being on hold (forever) with VZW & Asurion. She seamlessly helped other customers while keeping me informed of what was going on. She ended up getting me a new phone that day, in store. I was ready to walk away from Verizon, but she changed my mind. Thank you Chiquita you were a bright, sunny part of an otherwise dismal day. Verizon: DROP ASURION they make you look very bad!!!

I spent 2 hours on call with customer service, who kept assuring me "we're resolving your issue", for them to abruptly drop me, and redirect me to a new agent. When the new agent proceeded to start over again I complained and asked to speak to a manager, at which point the agent went silent and also eventually dropped the call. based on all the negative reviews on the internet, it would seem "they're too big to care."

I came in to do a warranty replacement for an Internet gateway, they canceled the number and gave…read moreme a different gateway. I asked the guy if everything was gonna be the same and he said yeah no problem absolutely.. got home It said no Sim. I drove back to the store and the manager found that the SIM card was not seated in the gateway. Next morning, I get a notification from T-Mobile saying that I have a new phone line and a new plan. I called T-Mobile and they said everything was different and he had done it wrong. They said that I needed to bring it back immediately so that it could be remedied. When I got back, the staff said that the manager was off that day and they couldn't do it. They also said an assistant manager would be in within a couple hours and to come back. When I came back, the assistant manager said she couldn't do it. I needed the store manager and he was off that day. So first thing this morning, I popped into the store, he won't be in until 12 o'clock, so I come back.... It's 1220 and he's not here.
