I have been a customer for many years and I learned a very expensive lesson!! I relocated to the area and decided to visit the local store to see about upgrading my phone. Was told Samsung was running a trade-in promotion and that I would receive $900 for my trade towards a new phone AND receive a Galaxy watch for free as well. The only thing I would pay is the tax on the watch and the monthly service to connect my watch to my account. I was apprehensive about going to this location as I've had less than positive experiences in the past, but was hoping to avoid a trip to Palm Desert. All I can say is that Nelly changed my complete perspective about this place. I had 2 phones to transfer service to, and she did an amazing job. As other customers would walk in, she was quick to greet them even while assisting me. As my phone(s) were updating, she was able to tend to the multiple other guests. She was very polite and knowledgeable. I purchased new screen protectors as well, but wasn't really expecting her to put them on.. an added bonus. The other day I went into T-Mobile. I was having trouble with my phone with apps and Google and stuff like that and so I thought OK my phones 10 years old I better go change it so I did got the phone I wanted. Got a decent plan. All of those things are fine, but I was not treated well walking in the store see I am white and there were almost no white people in the store. Assistant manager spoke to me prior to me arriving at the store and said at 1 o'clock more staff would be in and I thought OK I'll go down it was 1230. He stared at me like I came down to soon to get online to wait, I was nice enough and then I waited almost an hour for a staff to come in and then wait on me closer to 2 o'clock so I've been in the store an hour and a half waiting quietly sitting at a desk. The manager comes over, speaks to me abruptly, I calm her down by telling her I'm disabled and I really do need help. It's hard for me to follow things head injury 20 years ago but I'm fine so the plan is set up. The manager is still abrupt moves quickly and finally found her way to setting up the contract I sign she says it'll be another 30 minutes for the phones to populate. I went and had a pedicure to a shop next-door. We all know that's a 35 to 40 minute procedure. The phone still wasn't done so I sit and wait again for about another 20 minutes, from the moment, I called the store and talked to the manager who was rude to me and said don't come to the store for an hour, I did any, I did anyway, and got online to be served. That manager kept looking at me like I was some evil bitch And I'm not. I gave a review around five because I felt as if I was not treated well in that store by two managers so the female manager called me back based on my review and said you needed help. I said yeah the app and Google still not resolved. She said well you have to go to the, Google or the app. They were no help they treated me rudely and I felt it was a white thing. I am Caucasian but of Spanish dissent and I'm still treated shitty because I'm white, pretty and fit. Because I came down 30 minutes early I was treated shitty. I waited a long time for that staff to come in and it took them 30 minutes to come find me I was not treated nicely and I was not treated fairly I was dismissed. It feels like I should go to another carrier and trade that phone in, they'll pay it off. No T-Mobile store did not treat me well and they offered no help. For the reason I stepped in the store I won't again and I won't refer T-Mobile not because of the products not because of the service but because of the staff inthe local DHS store. Last the manager, the female manager called me back last evening, and said I saw your review not satisfied. I said no my problem has not been resolved. That's honest I left it at that but she had to say oh I was calling you out of courtesy because you wanted to call , but in actuality, she called to tell me she knew the problem and she knew she couldn't fix it, but she called me because I gave her a five rather than a 10 on her review of the service that I received. Now I give them one out of five and if I could give them half I would because they gave me half of a good experience, and then a call to confront a bad review. Sorry that is an excusable. I really hate race relations we could do better I was nice I did not raise my voice, but I am here cause I was not treated nicely. read more

Only to arrive to a non available item they sold instead of selling to us like we had discussed. We even offered to start the process. Good ol DHS never disappoints.
