It was 3 pm already . I usury went there early in the morning to pick up my gift . Today I had appointment in far away city and did not come back until 1 pm . I don't have the need to physically go to a T-Mobile store often since I try to do most things online. Yet, when it's T-Mobile Tuesdays and they have giveaways then this is the place I stop by. This is a corporate store and just recently went through an indoor remodel. I love the look, from the displays, the seating area, the sales counters, it's a vibe. A welcoming, relaxed vibe. I've always have a pleasant experience with all associates when I stop by. They greet you as soon as you walk in, check you in, and are so helpful and nice. I just recently went to purchase a new phone for a gift. I called to see if they had the phone, they said they did, I told them I would be there soon and when I went in to purchase, I wasn't there for more than 5 minutes. Perfect. It's next to Michael's across from Five Below in the Fremont Hub shopping center. There is plenty of parking. Side random note: I enjoy that staff wear T mobile clothing and they all get to choose what they want to wear. It's a uniform that doesn't look like a uniform because it keeps in mind individuality. read more

So I lost my phone on my vacation so went to my local Fremont Team Mobile store to pick up a new one. My experience at this stage was actually very good and if not for the subsequent horrendous customer service experience I would have given them 5 stars. After I brought my new phone home, I was unable to get Google to verify so couldn't access most of the apps. I use. After unable to resolve myself I called the store back and spoke to an extremely siloed Cust. Rep. who told me "there's nothing we can do because we just sell you the phone". After going around in circles with this kid for a few more minutes with no progress I asked for his manager. The Manager sounded annoyed as she repeated back the same info. shared by her employee but after applying continuous pressure for her to help me troubleshoot, think outside the box, execute just a small degree of professionalism she suggested I email Googles customer service. l and provided an address. The address she provided was the same one that takes you to community FAQs which already had proven to be useless. I hung up with the problem still unresolved and my new $800 phone mostly useless. After desperately searching online again I was finally able to connect with Google customer service and learned that I simply had to go on a laptop to turn off the 2 step verification default to my old phone. Within a minute the problem was resolved and Google now recognized my new phone. I'm sure someone more knowledgeable than I could have easily figured this out but Team Mobile in Fremont sure didn't know. They should make it their business to know how to resolve basic and common issues like this instead of simply shrugging their shoulders and acting the fool. read more

The sales representatives are very rude, disrespectful, and one of them felt like he doesn't want to work there. We came there to get a phone since one of our old phone is completely busted. We don't really need the latest one. The first representative (which I wont mention the name) stared at us and didn't give us any suggestions, no communication, didn't establish rapport, nothing, as if we are communicating with an AI (but honestly AI is better) so we went home. To make the long story short, we bought a device online, picked it up at that location, gave us a defective merchandise (which btw we have left the store yet), made us pay for a working device, rudely explain why we have to pay, and turned their back on us. I strongly do not recommend this store. We felt so humiliated by the employees and we heard 0 apologies for the inconvenience. We are planning on changing service soon as well since this "policy" is very unreasonable. read more

Taza was a great rep with a great sense of humor for the two hours my two friends and I spent trying to get onto the MagentaOne family plan (mainly our fault for technical difficulties). Taza was super patient and resourceful, I'd give him 11/10 rating as a rep! I dock one star because I've been frustrated with the way the line works to get into the store. One of our friends could not go in with us due to "hitting capacity" which prolonged our time there by 30 minutes due to inefficiency. Pro-tip, what I've seen work in some stores and companies in the food&beverage industry is going through the entire line every 10 or 15 min and checking to see how many people PER PARTY needs to enter and do the math that way for more efficiency and to let parties in not just on a simple "first come first serve basis," but also more strategically. I'd also suggest appointment times if that's easier, but that sounds like it would hinder more people from going in who are just walk-ins, especially if the appointment parties do not show up at all or on time. read more

SCAM Holy FING SHI T . Talk about a scam. Idk her name. But it's a lady there, long hair, dirty blond. Seems like maybe a manager on duty since she has the code to the safe for the phones. Sets us up with a business account (doesn't tell us that) so we DO NOT GET free Netflix when she specifically said so. Said I can trade my paid off phone for a brand new free iPhone. NOT FREE READ AGAIN NOTHING THEY ARE SAYING THAT IS FREE IS FREE. It's NOT FREE. The watch they gave my husband that they said he gets for signing up is free. IS NOT FREE. You pay for the service and if you take the service off you pay for the watch. If you try to give it back bc they said it was fully free and it's NOT you have to pay for "the equipment" Husband was giving a bogus third party to "buy off" the rest of what he owed from Verizon on his phone. Yeah THAT DIDNT HAPPEN. They suck. Mind you, the workers in the store were straight up talking horribly over a young guy who came in and was simply trying to ask a question and they just were to pissy to do so I'm paying off this scammer company's phone and taking my shit back to Verizon. The staff is amazing they're all very very nice & kind friendly staff all valuable to the company and they are appreciated to the fullest I really appreciate all of the help that was given and Briana M was so helpful she assisted me with my new upgrade iPhone 14plus (Yellow) loving it I had the iPhone 10xr (Red) & watch since it came out but it was definitely well worth the wait.. This is one terrific t-mobile store around. Manny the mobile expert was a great help for us to upgrade our phones recently. We have been switching from Sprint and also upgrading our old phones. Manny has helped us to find the best deals possible. He took his time, explored different options and finally gave us an upgrade where our new iPhone 13s are almost free. Totally loved the customer service here. He has also helped us copy over our data to the new phone (pretty quickly). In less than an hour, we were able to get back home with our new devices. He also handed over his business card so that i can reach out directly in case of any troubles - which luckily we didn't have! Normally it's a very busy shop, probably because it's being the biggest shops in Fremont. But we hardly had to wait for a minute to be assisted. And on top of that we got the best service as well. After the terrible experience at AT&T, we decided to add our line into T-mobile. There was no wait, we were instantly greeted and we were helped fairly quick! Waited about 10 minutes. Luis was extremely helpful and patient helping us add another line as well as changing us onto the new T-Mobile One plan. He also suggested to my mom to make my brother and I authorized account users since we live out of state. This became extremely hassle free and this is great customer service and taking the time for us to understand what we're getting into. Ahh t mobile; i have a bit a horror story but it wasn't really T-Mobiles fault and they were nice enough to get everything working for me. Someone kicked in my phone at the gym as it was "safe' in my bag. Feels like karma. Well it had a good run; anyways I go on craigslist to look for a local phone. I find a S7 edge for a pretty good price. There is no way I'm dropping 600 bucks for a new phone. I'm a pretty basic user; I'm not taking selfies every chance i get. Long story short a older lady sold me the phone. She put on a fake screen protector cover to hide the scrapes and this phone had huge dead pixels. When i checked it out it wasn't hot enough for the pixels to show. I felt like an idiot trusting an older lady as hey it's not stolen she won't rip me off. She is a nice old lady who just wants to sell a phone. She turned out to be a Typical Craigslist scammer. She claimed it was unlocked GSM phone. So I drive over to the T- Moblie story during my lunch lucky enought to find parking. This place is packed. So I bring my phone to the store. If you didn't know the S7 is a Samsung phone and is setup for Verizon service; but t mobile can make it work on my network. I get a bunch of stupid messages that's it's not a t mobile phone; on startup but it kind of works; my service is a bit spotty tho; I don't know if it's the used phone or my service. I don't blame the store for this but it's kinda of sucks. I have to pay to get the sim changed over $20 bucks. I'm not sure who helped me it was a younger Asian girl; she was nice enough. I had to pay extra for the add on SIM card; they were able to change over my numbers and I had to start from nothing. Not a huge deal as I'm an adult and I'm not going to cry not having the same phone layout. I was in and out under 30 minutes just enough time to be late back from my lunch at work. The customer service was fine it was just a pain in the butt to buy a used phone; I guess this what you get for trying to save some money. Lesson learned meet at the t mobile store if u are buying a used phone. Have them check it out beforehand. Don't trust people on craigslist. read more

I have to say that since joining T-Mobile I have had nothing but problems, today I went in and was ready to cancel my service and go with a different carrier. Change of heart after being helped my Aimee. She really took her time and made sure that she took care of me. It took hours but she was very efficient and her customer service was amazing. She was very patient and attentive. There are Some issues that I still need to clear up with customer care but after dealing with Aimee or should I say Aimee dealing with me I feel more comfortable and hopefully they are just as professional with me as Aimee and her staff! I use to come to this T-Mobile store every once and a while for general questions and upgrades but Friday April 12th 2019 was a different story. That's fine to not be greeted i understand you are busy staring at the wall or have 3 people helping one person but to have one person waiting for 20 minutes without saying a word is insulting. After the 20 minute wait I just wanted an upgrade for my phone, the person made it seem like he didn't want to even help or even want to try to sale the upgraded. I came here on a Tuesday night, right after work and Fahad was so helpful and he answered all the questions that I had. He was very knowledgeable about the plans and services. He also suggested the best and affordable plan for me. Everything was within my budget! I traded in my old iPhone 5 and received $127 then only had to pay $40 out the door! I'm so glad I switched from Sprint to T-mobile! The coverage is ten times better and I finally have UNLIMITED DATA! I am a happy camper and I am so pleased with the new iPhone 6. I really like T-Mobile, but this store sucks. I bought a new unlocked phone but needed to swap my SIM for a micro-SIM. They tried to remove my SIM using a paperclip instead of the proper tool, nearly scratched my phone before I stopped them! Then, they offered to switch me to a new promotional price on our family plan. Sounds great - but they did it wrong and at our next billing cycle we lost data. Called up and customer service told me that whoever sold it to us didn't properly activate data. (The price was correct, and it did include data, but they just didn't activate it correctly when selling it to me.) So, T-mobile is good, but this store sucks. The store in the Newpark Mall, just down the street, is excellent in comparison. read more

I've come this store more than three times (different days and times) and never got what I needed to be done nor happy with the service there. The staff there had no clue what to do and acted reluctant to search for accurate information to help me out. For instance, the second time I went there, the female staff kept telling me she had no idea about any mobile phone I mentioned and to answer whatever service related question I brought to her, she only had one answer: "I come from XXX city only work for today, so I don't know about XXX (services such as data plan, prepaid, or monthly payment problems)." I love, love, love T-Mobile. I've been with them for 7 years, and I haven't had any complaints with their customer service. I don't always get signal where I'd like (in one of my offices, I'm basically in airplane mode) but I get great signal at home, and in most other places that matter to me. I came here to switch from a single account to a family plan, to take advantage of the 4 lines of unlimited talk, text, and data for $100 a month (which is a killer deal compared to what I was paying before)! It was a bit tricky though, because two of the people joining me on the family plan were coming from AT&T and it got complicated pretty fast. Kitilisi helped us out, was super patient and knowledgeable, and took care of everything! I considered it a ringing endorsement of what was to come, for the former AT&T customers. I hardly ever need to go to T-Mobile brick and mortars, but this is the one I'd recommend for those do. read more
