To be fair, I was after a guy who had been there for 4 hours and left with his problem unsolved too. The workers are not efficient or effective in their problem solving skills. They just tell you, "sorry" and let you go on your way without a good alternative solution. If I could give it zero stars I 100% would. I would highly recommend the Verizon store in Peachtree City. The clerk (I believe he is the owner), told me he "never accepts returns," but grudgingly eventually said he would refund me 75% of the charge, keeping 25% for a restocking fee. I asked where that information would have been given upon purchase. My paper receipt had nothing about it and there was no sign on the wall. He produced a separate paper listing the restocking fee, which had not been shared with me when I purchased the items. He explained tersely that he is a small business and reiterated that he never accepts returns and I should be grateful he was making an exception. So -- be warned -- if you purchase supplies from this business, be aware that he "never accepts returns" and that if he decides to make an exception, he'll retain 25% of the payment.
