Spectrum TV screwing me royalty with A TV plan I purchased in Dec but wasn't supposed to start…read moreuntil Jan 18 when my YouTube service expired. I told them I can't afford to pay no more than $100 a month, so they found a plan for $99 a month and they said the 1st month was like a promotional and if I didn't want the service I could cancel within 30 days and the 1st payment would be $99. Well they lied the first payment was $200 schedule for Feb 18 ,they should've gotten a payment in Jan 18 like they said but they didn't now they expect me to pay 2 months of service in one month. I'm fixed income living paycheck to paycheck. I was on the phone for 3 hours trying to remedy this problem which they created and want me to be responsible for there stupidity. I made it very clear a number of times " I can't pay more than $100 a month They even admitted the salesman quotes were wrong, they have recorded conversations Still they won't budge on that payment This was a big mistake trusting what they told me... He is selling used cell phones for more than $200. The owner will tell you that you can return the phone until you buy it and try to return it at which time he says he has a "no refund" policy. There is NOT a NO RETURN NO REFUND sign as required by consumer practices posted any where in the store. This company is a rip-off. Kara said she would stay after hours and get it done while we waited since we'd come all the way from Peachtree City! Wow! That is great customer service. We also had our silver picture frame with our wedding invitation in it that had started to come apart after 29 years. She put it all back together for us while we waited! She recommended some restaurants so we had dinner and everything was ready by the time we were finished!
