I was helped quickly, I explained to the young lady that I had just purchased this phone, case and screen protector in Evansville Saturday due to my phone being stolen there and asked if they could help with the cracked screen protector. She said they could not help and I would have to order a replacement on line. I asked how to do that, she said to just scan the code on the box. I let her know that I did not have the box and asked if there was anything that could be done. Her reply was " I don't know why you are upset with me over something you did by cracking your screen protector!!
