The staff is great, however, the service sucks. I live 10 minutes from this store and have ZERO signal at my house. Make this make sense T-Mobile. 1 star for service, 5 stars for employees. read more

The store in marshall texas on hwy80 never turned my phone in. They signed me up for the highest plan there was. Charged me 20 a month for insurance I told them I didn't want. $10 a month for some other crap i never heard of. A new employee at the store told me they had a bunch of phones come up missing and they fired two employees. I can't talk to anyone at the store who can do anything to help me with this. I've been up there atleast 5 times. Been on customer service 4 times. Wasting who knows how much time and gas trying to fix this. Worst experience ever. Anyone else have this happen? The local marshall group i posted in had a bunch of people it also happened to. Store needs to be shut down.

Came home told her husband and now He died in June, she saw the bank statement and what was suppose to save money and be free is a $600. phone bill. The terminology is called "slamming" nothing was free. Be careful, who does that to senior citizens. Plus without her husband's passwords or codes she can't do anything about the phone bill. Until his will is probated. Weeks?? Months?? Who knew death causes the survivor so much more grief and anxiety Shame on them!!! Thankful l already switched over to TMoblie

He did not spray at all in the problem areas in my yard. I called that day to complain and had to leave a message, asked for them to call me so we could discuss the issue. The company never returned my call. They sent the same tech out the next day without letting me know. So, supposedly my yard was sprayed twice. We started getting bit by mosquitos the next day. Be aware they will charge you for service not delivered!! The heart of the matter is trust. 90% of the time they come when no one is home to spray, can they be trusted? Not if this guy is on the job.
