the best service and staff that ive experienced from t-mobile. almost three weeks of frustration with t-mobile was resolved in less than 15 mins. im very pleased. the two gentlemen were quickly on my situation and solved it quickly without hesitation. going the extra mile in customer service goes a long way.. and i work in customer service so i understand the cons and pros of being in customer service. it was a great feeling to know that they understood how to handle the situation and resolve it in a quick time frame. i will be back to only this location. _scarlett. read more

History

Established in 1994.

T-Mobile changed wireless for our customers. Un-carrier made us who we are and it has become synonymous with 100% customer commitment. We set out to change the game, and the results speak for themselves. When VoiceStream Wireless was purchased by Deutsche Telekom and became T-Mobile USA, we were just like the other guys. We knew in order to stand out, we'd have to make a big impact. Enter the Un-carrier and the beginning of the end of the wireless industry as you knew it. We do it for the customer. The Un-carrier's momentum has become a consumer revolution that sets T-Mobile completely apart from the competition--with business results to match. T-Mobile¬¨'ĆONE abolished data limits forever. We simplified pricing and introduced a single plan that includes unlimited data, talk, and text. We set out to relieve our customers' pain points and ended up creating a wireless revolution. Join us and be part of the Un-carrier movement.

I give It 10 stars if I could , awesome service and great price!!!…read more My iPhone was trashed as far as I'm concerned but now it looks the day I got it, I love my iPhone 7 Plus more so I had Matt put a new battery in her and we back in action!! Thanks for a job well done!!

I remembered I had…read morea cell phone that I could no longer charge because the charging port was worn out, so I decided to stop in. I spoke with one of the gentlemen working that day and explained my situation. He assured me it was something they could fix and that it would only take a day or so. A few days later, I finally remembered to bring the phone with me and dropped it off. Just two days later, the charging port had been replaced, and the phone worked as well as it did when it was new. The repair cost was about $58, which I thought was very reasonable. The team did a great job, and I really appreciate the quick turnaround. This isn't my main phone, but it's nice to have a reliable backup again.

Went by here, in my ex-hometown, seeking a carry pistol for an adult Granddaughter. Two guys were behind the counter, both on phones. I browsed about 15'', no one offered to help nor got off his phone. When I tried to ask, their heads went down, averted me. So I left empty-handed. My Son bought her a P365 @ Jim's in B.R. Place seemed well stocked with popular brands & items. Especially the Taurus line, which I do like. They also had a number of other popular brands & models. IDK re gunsmith service or availability.
