It wasn't horrible; however I wasn't to leave and not go back. Hubby convinced me to return. I agreed only 10 minutes then we were out! What a pleasant surprise! The two young ladies were very attentive! They listened to our concerns and offered solutions as well as the best packages to fit our needs. We ended up with two new devices and felt more confident with the entire transactions. We will do business again with them! Kudos for the excellent staffers! A job well done!!!

We went back to the store on 3/15/26 12:00pm spoke to a real SUPER LADY Her name was Kim; she informed us that a phone charger does not come with the phone and all cell companies were doing this as it is sold separately. If the so-called manager would have done her job, we would not have had to go back. Kim has a winning attitude, with many customer service skills. Kim sold us a charger, and we told her we find out that on my wife's voice mail was never setup. she helped us a lot just like Addly did when he was there.
