My son was given a ZTR Quartz Smartwatch for Christmas that was bought at another T-Mobile location by his father. The watch was set up with a number that wasn't programmed correctly on his father's account so my son's watch was receiving both his and his father's text message & phone calls on his new watch. We came to this location which is closest to where I live to get the issue resolved. The representative told us we should go back to the T-Mobile location where the watch was purchased to get the line canceled and set up properly. When I asked why he couldn't cancel the line and do it from his computer, he stated that it would reflect poorly on the store if he canceled the line and that's why I should go back to the original T-Mobile location where the watch was bought from and programmed at. Mind you, this is after he was waiting on hold for over 30 minutes trying to get a hold of T-Mobile technical support. I think T-mobile's customer service leaves a lot to be desired. This issue should've been resolved at this location regardless of how it effects this store location's stats. What if the watch was bought out of state?! This is not the way to treat customers. We will not purchase another accessory if this is the hassle I have to go through to get support and resolution. read more

The worst one I've been to. The manager was very rude to me and didn't explain the purchase to me. Above all I feel like I was paying more for what I was getting and I will NOT be returning to this store or T-Mobile in general. Sprint is the way to go. read more

I wanted my cable outlet moved to the other side of my living room. I had several other cabling…read morecompanies look at it, but they didn't want to do the job because it was too complicated. I figured it would take re-cabling my townhouse and running a new cable from the outside cable box through my attic and down the wall where I wanted the new outlet. I also figured a couple walls would need to be torn out to drill holes through the studs to run the cable. Then I called Williams Network Cabling. Bobby had a better and more efficient plan to move my cable outlet. While he had to run new cable through my attic, he didn't need to re-string it from the outside cable box. He also didn't have to tear out sheet rock, rather only make small pinpoint surgical holes in the wall to fish the cable down the wall. There was very little sheet rock debris to clean up and the entire job was completed much better than I thought it would be. I certainly recommend Williams Network Cabling for any of your cabling needs.

But at the same time he asked some great questions that made me realize how much more was involved in a home environment (I've done a few dozen wall and ceiling wiring jobs over the years) When Chris and his helper came out, I was impressed with the speed and competence of their work, even while encountering a couple of "surprises" that would have been show-stoppers for other techs not having a couple decades of experience with homes the age of ours. I was also impressed with what I recognized as high quality coax cable, fittings, and RJ45 cables. Finished outlets were aesthetically pleasing and we were given numerous suggestions and alternatives! I don't do social media reviews because old school word-of-mouth is my usual method when people come to me. But Hou TX Techs we're so good, professional and affordable, I made the exception to write them up. Highly recommended!
