When I got there, I was greeted by Saul who told me I had to go through UPS without bothering to check me in or check my account. My husband had to call the store and speak to Izzy one of the leads to tell him about the situation. Izzy said to go back in store and he could help me out. Overall experience being greeted by a lazy and incompetent employee. Seriously wasted my time if you're gonna be lazy, just say you're lazy so I could go to a different T-Mobile. Saul didn't he have the courtesy to apologize for just not doing his job . The trading took less than five minutes. Saul should get an easier job if he can't do his current job. Izzy try to make excuses that he probably got an error. That's why he didn't help me out, but Saul didn't even check me in or see my account.. She explained everything well and clear, and then another rep came to check that everything was good because Jazmin asked him a question regarding my account. His name is Luis he's so nice, but than I noticed the manager Monica told him to go somewhere and he was attending us together with Jazmin, that was rude talking to an employee like that in front of customers. I've been going to this store for a while because it's next to my house. I recently had to cancel internet at one of my other properties and was in the process of returning a modem. I tried to take it to a Tmobile in Garden Grove but the associate was telling me he couldnt it because I had already cancelled the line through customer service on the phone. He recommended going to UPS to return it. I went to UPS and they were going to charge me for a box, so I went back to this Tmobile. Jesse was able to look up and my account and return the modem for me. This store is always busy and there's a reason for it. I went in because they told me I needed to for my internet set up but when I went the guy who helped me said there's no setting up that needs to be done and showed me how to plug in a cable. T-Mobile, like all cell phone companies are a bit shady. They are totally all about themselves and constantly are changing something on your bill hoping you don't notice. So I needed to update my phone and I had already priced it out online so I knew what it was going to be. The store person was going over everything and then came the issue. The refund for the phone trade in was $400 and then she mentions it is only $98. But that was the upfront refund and the rest would be done at the end. Then she changes that to $140 and I am like why is it changing. She explained it and I was like as long as I get everything in writing before I leave. I did get what I wanted and I thank Yohana for having patience with me in changing my phone. I don't like the cell companies but I need one so it is the lesser of two evils. read more

We went to explain our situation and hoped for the employees to give us good feedback but it was the complete opposite. The first lady that helped seemed to not know what she was doing (she's been working there for 1+ years). For almost every question we'd ask, she'd get up to speak to her coworkers. She also seemed to have an attitude from the start and would obnoxiously be tapping her acrylic nails on the table. We got changed to another worker bc she was 'going on break'. We ended up not getting very good feedback. And throughout our whole visit, 2-4 workers would continuously whisper to each other and STARE at us, making it a very uncomfortable experience. I personally don't think this is how a "valued customer" should be treated. This experience make us change providers. read more

There's "Pepe" who fooled us on bills stating that the first 2 months of bills will only be $170/month, then the succeeding bills bill be $144/month including the phone line, equipment, and tax. She assisted my brother trade in a new phone and made the process so easy, quick and enjoyable! She helped answer all my questions and explained what to expect moving forward. I was also helped by the Manager at the time, Ceasar, who now has been promoted to another store but wanted to give a shoutout to Him as well! He is super knowledgeable, leads a great team and supports staff and clients with technical issues/questions. So fortunate to have met them both. I even came back for another trade in. Annabel had given me her card to set up an appointment so I wouldn't have to wait. The store has lots of traffic so make sure you come with time and a smile since the staff go above and beyond! These sales associate only care about one thing. Commission. Too many times have I personally been in and out looking for help. Too many times had I been told they could help yet once upon returning they say how I was given misinformation and they would educate the associate responsible for it. I ended up having to transfer my account to my husband's so I wouldn't keep getting charged for ridiculous things when I was first told it would be a lot cheaper to fix things. Today however happened with my mother same exact way it happened to me multiple times. They don't educate themselves before speaking with customers. If you're a girl with not much of an intimidating look then they do all they can to take money you don't have. Even when you say no you don't want that they find a way to charge you more. They have no interest in helping to save money or honor what was said in previous conversations. Now my mother wants to go to another phone company as did I when this happened to me. I am so disappointed and disgusted how they conduct themselves. They always go back on their word and always want you to spend more money on extra meaningless charges. I'm writing this with a very heavy heart and disappointment.i was sprints customer for over 10 years and never had this problem. Ok I had an appointment at the sprint store in Aliso creek road time of my appointment I understand the store is close for ever I don't know how I got an appointment there ? Then I called and they send me to another T-mobile store, After 4 hours of being there and being patiently waiting with the girl who didn't know anything she said I'll receive my phone on January 6th at my address But then I got an email saying it will be delivered on February 23rd As I went back to the store and asked why ? She sent me to another store which was the store I left review for on Google , that's Where they wanted me to do a return on that phone and pay again for the new phone ,I did that and got a refund from sprint in less that 10 minutes and bought the new phone from them ,but then the sim they put in my new phone was not working and it made my own SIM card stop working too On top of that now I paid for the black phone and the store clerk opened the gold one and asked me to take that because the phone will go to waste if he change it to the one that I originally asked for, I did not accept because that was not the color I paid $400 something for So sameer ( the clerk ) said I have to do another return and pay another $400 some for the black phone again! Even though I was angry I agreed to do it. They did a refund and I have the recipe for $460 but this time with T-mobile. I called my bank and they said it would take 2 business days for money to come back to my account and since I didn't have enough money in my account for the phone I was gonna get due to all these charges and refunds I had to divide the payment between into 3 credit cards. Now I've been in store since 11 am and it was 8 pm that I was leaving, my sim still doesn't work so I got on the phone with sprint it took them until morning to figure out what is wrong and fix my phone. After 2 days that I could see the charge pending in my bank account now I check and you guys charged me completely with no shame, even though I have a recipe that says the charged was refunded!!!!!! Who is going to fix this??? This is ripping people off, this is beyond disappointing, I'm beyond disappointed that I trusted Tmobile and gave your clerk my credit information. This is beyond stealing from people who trust your company. I want my money back I want to see what action you take towards your stupid clerk?????? read more

The negative reviews on this are accurate. I went into the store looking to upgrade 2 phones. I was originally serviced by a Pepe but he didn't seem to have the ability to answer my questions. I requested another agent and when she (Gabby Luckey)came over it was almost like I was wasting her time before she even pulled my profile. Never had the courage to write a bad review but I'm still piss about this T-mobile cause at the time I was purchasing an iPhone 6, they offered me a temper glass and the sales person said it was "Lifetime warranty". Until I cracked it I found out it was only ONE year WARRANTY!! I went to the store, spoke to the manager and he refused to give me a refund. I paid $39.99+tax for the temper glass when I could've got one for $7 on eBay. How should've I known until the time I cracked it, so ridiculous.
