Service = Not great service. I was told by T-Mobile for new service to go into any t Mobile and prove my age. I went in and there were 3 T-Mobile staff. I shared details with the first available why I was there. None of them seemed to understand how to do it and told me to contact the 1-800 number. I explained again that they were the ones that told me to come into the store. All 3 of staff were working on my problem but didn't know how to do it. One guy finally noted that I had come in and shown my DL with age and actually took my cell into their hands without asking me. A little nerve wracking. I was told to call T-Mobile again. I called the 1-800 service, they didn't understand why the store wasn't able to correctly notate either. She was annoyed at them but she updated it with their note. I say to a lot of people T-Mobile is the best for internet and everything is probably the best quality company for anything you need to take care of I like them and the box for your internet is the best when you need it to do stuff like say if you go out of town you don't have internet it's like having RV read more

If you can go somewhere else, I highly recommend it. I went there for help and I was extremely patient. Right off the bat the guy was extremely rude. He kept telling me commands and acting annoyed when I didn't understand what he was asking me to do. Then while I was waiting for my phone to load, he started complaining about how he hates his job and that he's not a "tech" guy. I wanted to leave the place crying. Your service is horrible and your associates need training. You lie about your coverage area and then take a $140 restocking fee when your service doesn't work. I had the phones for less than 4 hours! Not to mention Josh, who forgot to activate my SIM cards and then the problem with the system that wouldn't allow him to ship a signal booster to me. read more

I went in for a new phone and the worker Zay was great but the other worker seemed lazy and didn't seem to contribute at all. Overall great job for helping me but please raise the standards for all employees. I think his name was dub or something similar. read more

Whom ever worked in this store today between 4:45 and 5:15 just lost out on a $600 upgrade on a phone plus a new customer who also need a new phone. Just because you work at a cell phone store does not mean you should be texting while talking to customers and then roll your eyes at the female coworker because your customer asked you to bring up my account. I have been with T-Mobile for over 20years. Never ever have I seen such bad customer service. My daughter and fiancé went in there ask him to pull up our account because she wanted to upgrade her phone. Not only did he ignore her while texting and then rolled his eyes at his coworker. But the female as well was ignoring my daughter who was asking questions and directed her answers to my daughters fiancé. While I was on the phone with my daughter! Then the employee gets an attitude because my daughter was on the phone with me? Are you frigging kidding me? We were trying to handle business. I'm over 200 miles away. but apparently they don't work for commission. Needless to say they left. She didn't upgrade the phone with them and he didn't open an account and buy a phone either. Customer service is a beautiful thing and will get you paid. Who knows someone might make your day or you theirs. Being kind pays off in so many ways. read more

Recently moved here to Statesboro Ga. A surely horrible experience here at the store. If you need assistance of any kind use the 800 customer service line. This store is not an actual Tmobile store its a third party store. Took three days to rectify a problem with a one week old new phone. They were found to lie several times to us. We're in the store 4 hours. Josh was very disrespectful to us. Josh used my cell phone to call CS several different time. Each time CS stating replace the phone. He refused. CS at Tmolile stating one thing, Josh stating another. Very confusing.Although Crystal was helpful a week ago with opening the account she was was found today to not honor anything she said the previous week.. .y husband who is 80, myself 58 wittnessed them misquoting what we said to the actual store manager on the phone.They ultimately did not want to work with us. We ended up call the tmobile company. I will be following up with the better business bureau as well as elder fraud abuse. phone. They do not realize I taped much of our conversation on my tablet which I had with me at the time.. my son brought the phone back to the store after it was pre arranged with TMobile Corp.. when he arrived the were extremely rude and refused to honor the arrangements from customer care. I forwarded my notes to the senior Manager at the statesboro store location as well as will be publishing in the local newspaper. Stay away from there. Not good people working there.. I do have to say TMobil Corporation did finally work out issue with me.. they forwarded my complaint and it is now going to elevated management for review.. read more
