This is probably the 3rd time I've come here? And every single time I've been here the customer service has been completely terrible. My last straw was today and I called in ahead of time to check for a screen protector that I needed to replace for my phone. I was on hold for 20 minutes so I decided to go to the store because I thought it was just busy. It turns out, it was dead and nobody was there. I was pissed because it looks like nobody really gives a damn about the customers here. I pay over 100 a month for a service like this and it's just getting old. Wanted to transfer in my phone for a new one. took the worker helping me about 50 minutes to realize I could do that for free with my plan. He would walk to the back for 10-15 minutes come out tell us one thing then we would ask a question and hed go back again for another 10-15 minutes. Finally tells me we need to turn off a security feature that would take an hour. So we had to wait then come back again. Then we get back and 5 workers are standing around not helping anyone but make us wait 15-20 minutes for a specific person. Awful experience waste of my time. Will be going to a different location from now on. read more

I came in 12:00 pm on 9/27/24 and there were 3 employees and still made me wait more than half an hour to get a SIM card. I don't see any experts here... took 2 guys just to help a customer get set up and they left me unattended and he said he already had the chip, he just wanted me to wait. If I could I would put 0 stars! I went in the store on 4/30/2025 to purchase a new phone. I told the associate I would be buying the phone cash. When I was trying to make the transaction the associate told me she needed cash so I drove to the bank since she didn't want to do the debit card. Later I went back told her I was going to end up paying off one of my phone and financing the new phone. I was clear and told her we only wanted to be financing one phone. She never explained to me deal or anything. When I paid off one of the phones. She later tells me I need to give a 600 dollar downpayment for the new phone. Which to I said well if you would have told me that I wouldn't have paid the balance on the old phone I would have just paid off in full the new phone. She said the company doesn't tell her deals on her end. So I told her than cancel the transaction and put it to the new phone. She went to talk to her manager and came out saying okay that the manger just needed to void the transaction. Then she leaves again and comes back to say they can't cancel the transaction. So I ended up paying the remaining balance on a phone which was 900 dollars on top of that she wanted another 600 down for the new phone. I told her to forget the phone and left. I have been a customer with T-Mobil for 15+ years. Their service is getting worst. I try to avoid the stores if possible but had to go in since my account online is restricted also because I got hacked a few years back. I ended up going to Apple and they gave me great service and got my new phone. I will not be purchasing a phone at an in store T-Mobil ever again. Worst Customer Service!!!!! The white female associate Kae was rude disrespectful and didn't try to apologize for any inconvenience or try to find me resolution or some type of assistance. They try to scam you into buying more expensive plans when they say they offer more affordable plans. I went into this place today 1/25/25 around 3:00 pm and I asked if I could switch to a plan that was more affordable since I am paying almost $300 for 2 lines which is ridiculous. I came to T Mobile for a more affordable choice and they keep trying to say I got some promotion on my phone so they can't help me and it's honestly just Robbery and them trying to make extra cash or they get in trouble if you switch to a more affordable plan. THEY ARE CROOKS and should be honestly investigated for scamming people. Plus I switched from Verizon and they told me they would refund me for paying off my son's phone with Verizon and switching to T-Mobile. When i came into the T Mobile today they said they could not help me that the other T Mobile I went to was a third party retailer when the one I went to literally said T Mobile on Soledad. They didn't offer a manager or apologize for the inconvenience or try to find any type of resolution. They are scammers and should be reported to the better business bureau. So my husband and I have had T-Mobile a few years now. He got a new phone Saturday May 8th. It seemed to work fine until I tried to FaceTime him and the speakerphone wouldn't work. He thought it was because he had Bluetooth head phones so he just put them in. Well I tried to FaceTime him again and the speaker mic didn't work again. He could hear us but we couldn't hear him. He disconnected his Bluetooth. Restarted his phone. Checked all his settings. Couldn't get the mic to work. But, if he turned on the camera and recorded a video, all of the sudden the speaker microphone would work. So on Saturday May 23, 14 days after purchasing the phone, and about 4 days after discovering the issue, he goes into T-Mobile and they test the phone, check all the settings, they don't understand what they issue is. Say we have to take it to apple. My husband says I just got the phone from you guys..can't you swap it out because it's defective? He says "we can only swap the phone within 14 days of purchase" and "you got it on the Mother's Day promotion so a new phone would mess that up" my husband was confused so he leaves. Calls me and tells me. I look it up, we bought the phone 14 days ago. So I call. The guy says well the day you buy it counts as day one. So today is day 15. I'm like, he works during the week, we didn't know the phone had an issue the first weekend. And you're telling us we're 1 day past the 14 day period and there's nothing you can do? So I pull a Karen move and ask for a manager. He said there isn't one. I ask him to make a note In our account so we can go to another T-Mobile location and find someone that will help us. He tells me he won't make a note in the account because it basically won't matter. My husband calls, tells the guy to make the note in the account, and he finally does. Fast forward to today, we go to a different T-Mobile. They see the note in the account on day 14 of having the phone. They Switch it out. NO PROBLEM. No needing to ask for a manager. No messing up the promotion. No argument. So basically, if you have a problem. Don't go here. Go to a different T-Mobile. Any T-Mobile. read more

Went into tmobile today to simply get a sim card to activate a phone and ad my husband to my plan that i have had with my 2 kids for over 16 years. Had to wait 35 minutes before someone finally got a clue and noticed 3 of us waiting, and went behind the door and got the guy on his break.. Finally I was helped and the guy wanted to charge For 25.00 for a sim card . I asked him to waive the sim card fee, and of course he could not make such a big decision, and no one there had any authority to do so either. So I called tmobile while I was standing there and they had to have him charge my debit card, and then issue me a credit on my tmobile bill. How totally stupid. For over 16 years of service, never getting any kind of phone upgrade, etc. and can't even get a free sim card after I ad another to my plan. Also, the customer servce there stinks!! Take some time to teach your employees how to deal with customers in a timely manor. read more

I signed up with tmobile over a year ago, and recently got my boyfriend on my plan since I was so happy with their service. This particular location is not too busy, so the wait time is usually short, and they have always been honest and helped me out. I got my phone stolen twice within 3 months, and they helped me file a claim, and it was quick and easy. The guy that signed me up, Sergio is the only sales associate I will work with just because he is AMAZING. I'm pretty sure he's the manager, since he seems to be the only one who knows what's going on. He cares, is honest about charges, and has always been thoroughly knowledgeable. We visited the store about 1 week ago to get information on phones and plans. We spoke with Rony Flores who was very patient with all our questions. We mentioned that we woukd be back in the next day or two. Rony gave us his business card to contact him. I did sent him an email and he responded promptly. We returned and Rony helped to get us set up with phones and service. We did return to the store for a new screen protector and as we walked in, Rony was ready for us and immediately attached the screen and even changed the touch sensitivity for me. The personnel at this location was friendly, helpful and hands on for all our questions and needs. The only reason I am posting a negative review is due to the employees, Jimmi and the manager Manda, told me not to return to this location since they were not pleased with the conversation with another manager from another store. I was told, and I quote, "Mr. Antonio M. From now on, please do your business at the Glendale location. Their manager is very rude. Manda took time through her lunch just to speak with Raymond from T-Mobile in Glendale and he was an extreme jerk. Just please...do your business with them from now on." That was said by Jimmi. Manda then comes out and says to me, "The manager at the Glendale T-Mobile was very difficult. Amanda is her name and she was very rude. I'm going to report Amanda to my DM". Before Manda could go on, I stopped her from saying anything else and said, "Manda, I don't care. I am the consumer and should not know any of this. This makes me feel like T-Mobile has a bunch of uneducated employees running their stores. I've had only good experiences with T-Mobile until today. Please just complete my exchange so I can be on my way. I've already wasted 4 hours driving up and down and now I need to go back to my patients and doctors." Manda then backed off, Jimmi proceeded with my exchange and I left the store. This was not my fault!!! I was stuck in the middle of a cold war between T-Mobile locations! Needless to say, after Raymond and Amanda's contributions to assist me when no one else wanted to assist me, my broken phone that I purchase not even 24 hrs ago....was replaced and I was not charged a restocking fee. I had a very bad experience in Valencia marketplace T mobile store with a manager Luis Mendoza.My husband bought a new phone and I paid additionally $20 for upgrade support charge which I never paid before. I've been a customer of t mobile for many years. First, no one knew how to transfer my information, contacts info and photo to my phone, instead they linked my daughter all info to my husband new phone. Then, I ask a manager to return me $20 for upgrade support charge because they didn't transfer any information to my husband phone, his response was " I didn't have to transfer any info, it's a complimentary work from us, I'm not gonna return additionally $20 (plus tax)", because we charge it all the time." I ask Luis to check my account history if he can find any of this charged for last 14 years, he only found after disappearing for 10 minutes that I bought a phone 4 years ago and the rest of information he can't find it, because as he said it was long time ago. I think, he simply couldn't find any additional charges in my account for buying a new phone because there were never been any add charges paid for this kind off service. It's a reason he lied to me about previous upgrade charges because he didn't won't to do his job, didn't won't to return a money, have no respect and care to his customers, unprofessional. He could simply say that now we change the policy and charge upgrade fee for buying a new phone to put a SIM card in. I will never go this T-Mobile store again and want everyone know it's unprofessional Manager and all his staff, mean and careless. read more
