Absolutely unacceptable. I arrived at 10:55 a.m. for the store's 11:00 a.m. opening. It is now 11:20 a.m., and the doors are still locked with no employees in sight and no explanation provided to customers waiting outside. I called the store number and eventually reached an inventory specialist who said he would "see what's going on," but by that point I had already wasted 20+ minutes of my time. Things happen, but customers deserve basic communication and respect. If you're going to open late, post a sign, send a notification, or let customers know what's going on. Standing outside a locked store with no information is frustrating and unprofessional. My time is valuable, and today it was completely disregarded. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I just came by to stop in about getting a new phone, and on the door there was a sign that said the employee was on break and it had a phone number listed to call. Well, I called the number and a guy answered and said that he still had 10 minutes left for his break, and that he would be out in 10 minutes. I thought this was kinda unprofessional, but I can understand if he was the only employee working. So, I decided to wait 10 minutes and then after I realized he wasn't coming out, I called again. The guy answered the phone and then proceeded to tell me that he still had another 10 minutes left on his break. After this, I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere because this experience was extremely unprofessional. I would recommend that anyone looking to stop in at this location, just go ahead and save yourself some time and find a different location. read more

This location on 991 Peachtree industrial in Suwanee was one of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever encountered. The representive was very off putting, didn't want to assist. I stood in his store for more than a hour being very patient just for him to tell me they are closed and he can't assist. The store reeked of marijuana..He did not want to talk to customer service and was very rude when I put the customer service rep on speaker phone. This T-Mobile location in specific is extraordinary. Marissa (Marta) & Kelly have been incredibly helpful. My boyfriend has switched providers and did a new phone trade in and it's been seamless, informative, and open-communication. They are very knowledgeable and friendly, highly recommend!!! read more

Andre, Rose and the other gentlemen who works at the Salt Lake Shopping Center Tmobile Store, you all have such great attitudes, kind, super good customer care, amazing sales team to-da-max! They don't hold new phones but they give courtesy calls when they have it in stock. Even if your not going to purchase anything, they will graciously help you with any questions or tech support. This is my new Tmobile go-to store! They even have sales on quality speakers like the Jclip or UE rolls. Way cheaper than Target or Radio Shack. I bought 5 altogether plus they have the 4 pack of Slim Tiles for under $100 and you can do the installment plan so it's easy on the budget. I rate this store 5 stars because in every aspect, they deserve it. Rock on Rose, you have a great team! read more

This location needs to be trained in customer service. Worst customer service ever. We switched from sprint to t mobile in October 2018. The store had a special promotion that was going to start in a week, free tablet. But they gave us the free tablet ahead of the promotion because we were the first walk in customer. It has been 5 months and we have been charged for the tablet every billing cycle. T mobile does not have any record of this promotion and we have been going back and forth with the local store, asking for credit. Shanelle, the manager, needs some extra training in customer service. She never returns our calls and when we go to the store she is not there. Her employees, including the rep who gave us the free promotion, does not know what's going on and they push it on their manager. We are extremely disappointed with this location's customer service. T mobile is also not honoring this deal from a authorized retailer. We are planning to go somewhere else because of the ridiculous customer service from this dealer and t mobile. read more
