Added bonus: it's in the Frenchgate Centre right next door to Lush so it has a lovely smell :)

They often have offers on their new games such as Buy one get one free (though the free one is often from a selected range) or Buy one get the second half price. They also sell consoles and offer some good bundles with a selection of games which can offer a good saving. The staff are helpful and friendly and are knowledgeable about the products they sell. They offer trade in credit, or cash for your unwanted game, but the prices they offer is generally lower than that of their competitor Gamestation. It can get very busy at weekends or during sales and close to christmas so expect large queues around those times.
