The distance to my home usually takes just 15-20 minutes. I am very upset that I ended up waiting more than 1 hour and 50 minutes for the order. The pizzas are good but the boss is an absolute dickhead (a 'boerenlul' in Dutch). The guy who…read moredelivered the pizza had no change at all and blamed the customer for that. I told him to go back and make sure he had change. Afterwards, the boss calls me up, blaming me as a customer I did not want to pay. I said that was not the case. Eventually, the driver had change and I got the same pizza again, which was cold at that time. Apparently, they never heard of customer service so they won't see me ever again there, irrespective of how good the pizzas are.
