I walked in and they took me in to get a haircut. The person who cut my hair seemed extremely inexperienced. It could even have been his first haircut ever. He took more than an hour to cut my hair and he completely messed up my hair. He was so bad that I had to come home and adjust my hair myself. It looked like someone shaved the sides and somehow tried to blend it, you could see multiple lines on the sides where he attempted to blend. My hair was all uneven and imbalanced. So I ask him when he's available, throughout the whole conversation he's very dismissive, and I tell him to book me for the only time they have available, he asks me for my name to make the appointment and books me for saturday 3. So I show up there today and he tells me they didn't set me up. So I'm trying to get to the bottom of it, there are 2 barbers in the shop. He first says I didn't call them, and some other place. I show him the business card he gave me and they determine which one of them I called. Then he tells me he told me the available time that they had, and didn't actually book it, because he claims I didn't ask him to. So I tell him that I actually did, and then he tells me that it was booked while we were on the phone through the mobile app by someone else(Which i have no knowledge about, even if that was the case I suppose he has to call me and let me know so I don't show up at his place for an appointment he failed to book). CJ was my go to since we knew each other through many mutuals. Super friendly, always fun to catch up with and talk about whatever. Pays so much attention to details and does his best to get the cut you want. When I had a pixie, I'd go every 2 months, and I have never been disappointed.
