I left a message on the answering machine; Christina called me back very promptly and said that she needed to see the bag but that she was confident she could embroider it - a very different response from any other place I called. When I took it into her store, she said she could definitely embroider the bag and was super flexible when I was deciding the right spot. She was incredibly knowledgable and helped me to pick fonts in a good size and even had thread to perfectly match a color on the bag.
