After a week, i called wondering why I haven't received a call yet like they said they would. They tell me it has been ready for a few days. I go to pick it up, and only one hole was cut. I asked George about the other hole and he responded with attitude and said "I don't know what you spoke about with my son" I said "George, I dropped this off with YOU and showed YOU the two holes I marked". And he continued with attitude. Paid him the $140 and left. Didn't have time to bicker with a rude old man like that. This was my second unsatisfied visit with this place. DEFINITELY will not be returning.

His operator was here on time, and got my appliances 2 floors up in no time. We even had some extra crane time and they took a sofa bed and other furniture up. I would highly recommend. Not once did him or his staff make us feel pressured or pushed into anything we didn't want. When I felt it was time, January 8th 2020 they made the process streamlined and easy. I'm bad with names but the woman at the front desk was exceptional with us, Andrew who prepped the boat and walked us through thoroughly on every detail from maintenance to everyday use. They made sure we had everything to drop the boat in that day and it was tempting with the weather almost being 70* in January. I would 100% recommend anyone to them for business, I intend to use them for all my jet boating needs and any future purchases.
