We received a referral for them, so we were concerned they might be too expensive for our budget, but they actually took our needs into consideration and worked to keep everything under budget. They even added a couple of items that I didn't request (as I didn't know how much it would add to the feel of the event) and included a few free upgrades, as they had just upgraded their equipment. All in all, I can recommend them with the highest confidence! They are excellent at what they do, brilliant in execution, professional and courteous in their interactions, and just an all-around great company to work with. Long story short, Pro Audio & Lighting worked hand in hand with the manufacture to cover my situation. For a small drop off fee that went towards the repairs, their professionalism was top shelf. The store manager Tom is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. He knows what he's talking about and can always point you in the right direction. The showroom up front features all of the sound equipment and there's a lighting room in back to show off all of the awesome fixtures they have. I was very happy with a recent rental of a subwoofer and mixer. The cost was reasonable and they reviewed the item checklist with me when I brought it back. If you can get out to 14 and Dequindre, do it. It's worth the trip.

He was on board with all the duties for the evening including hyping up the crowd for a big announcement, cueing up a wedding slideshow, playing songs we picked out, editing out swear words for our younger guests and keeping general order to how we imagined the night to play out. He worked with us on a plan of action on how we envisioned the night and everything was executed and exceeded expectations. You lose track of time pretty easily during the reception trying to make time for all your guests and your significant other and he was running around often to get us ready with the biggest smile on his face. He was as much an MC as a DJ and was having just as much fun as we were. Music-wise, my husband and I let him know what songs/artists we liked and what we did not want to hear and he made sure we got what we asked for. I've read/heard disappointed reviews about other DJs playing songs on couple's blacklist but DJ Diamond Lee goes out of his way to download only the songs requested and has good instinct to play similar songs of his own taste. He also made a great effort recruiting guests out to the dance floor right after dinner/that portion of the night when the bar gets very popular. Thank you DJ Diamond Lee!!
