Right after I had Wyatt from T Webber snake out 2 clogs in my house. We went around & checked out my 70 year old septic tank. The tank & drainage was a nightmare or practically nonexistent . We heard water flowing into the tank which is not a good sign . Wyatt suggested I have him and Alvin come and take a look and inspect the tank further in a couple of days . Much to my surprise, I got a call the very next day. The very next day I had a call from T Webber stating that Alvin and Wyatt were on route to my house. The next day after he cleared the clog out for me in my house . Alvin and Wyatt showed up . Did an inspection, answered every question I could possibly have. By the end of that conversation, we had called Tiffany up on the phone, and got a prorate at a good price with good APR, and the loan was approved . Alvin, wyatt, and Tiff made my day an took so much weight off my mind. Alvin explained everything down to a science Wyatt went over everything with me and reassured me and Tiffany found the best rate possible for me and was reassuring as the loan came in to verify every detail of the job that would be taking place. A weight was lifted . I was worried about so many different things . These guys at T Webber were an amazing group of people, that reassured me, and helped me to realize that every problem has a solution, and made every solution possible where I didn't have to worry about a thing . They answered every question in triplicate lol. As many times as I'd ask, they were courteous and I enjoyed the time they spent in my home going over the description of the job details that would take place . These guys are some of the best people you will ever want to meet . A company that goes above and beyond to help Rectify any problem you might have whether it be septic clogs or any other issues with plumbing and heating services. These technicians are the pros . They're all well worth their weight in gold ! I was actually sorry to see them go but I look forward to seeing them back when the job begins . Tiffany made everything so easy and comfortable for me to go over with me so many different payment plans and options that would fit my budget . The guys sat with me for as long as it took to get everything we needed in place for availability explanation of job description as well as the engineers that would be coming with the excavator to do the initial dig . Alvin described every part of it as he looked over every part of the property to find the best way to accommodate this whole nightmare of a situation that I had . By the time he got done. First, let me give credit where it's due. They arrived quickly and the guys who came to do the work were great. Areas of improvement- Their virtual assistant that picks up when you call is atrocious. Took the appointment but they dispatched the wrong guys for the job I needed done. I also was trying to get someone at twebber and dealing with the AI assistant to call back the person who called me is impossible. The plumbing manager Matthew is a moron. 1/10 do not recommend. Don't bother dealing with him. The pricing is absolutely insane. They charged me 5700 for a job that took less than two hours and maybe 100 worth of materials. Legitimately- it should've been half of that. My sewer line detached from the clean out line. Twebber will come immediately. So my recommendation is call a few other companies in an emergency first. If they can get to you quickly you will save a ton of money. If none of them can come quickly, Twebber will but you're gonna get RAKED. read more

Very unsatisfactory company. They charged the owners a huge amount of money to fi our water system that had salt in it. After the work was done, there was MORE salt, not less. We reported this, but when they were on their way to fix it, they asked for more money from owner, rather than fixing their mistake. Still here with very salty water and nothing solved. read more

If I could give them a zero stars, I would. They came to my house to fix a leaky kitchen trap overnight and came up with all kinds of other issues that need fixing. They charged a service fee to come out of $139 and that changed after they showed up and to $259 dealing with my wife that doesn't know any better. I was stuck at work and talked to the "plumber" before I went into a meeting and it was a connection and new trap for a sink strainer and body I bought from Amazon. This guy couldn't even do that and couldn't guarantee the work and gave me 7 options each upwards of $600 - $1800. I called a local plumbing company Bestway plumbing and the old, plumber showed up in his pickup truck and had some parts and reducer to make everything work. The speedy valves had signs of oxidation, but no active leaks. Service was done on July 8 at the bridle ridge community, Stoneleigh court. read more

T. Webber stepped into a situation with my Mitsubishi split that four other vendors could not solve. I want to call out two of them because of how poorly they handled things. Holbrook Heating sold me the original unit through Home Depot, then stopped serving Westchester NY altogether. When I asked what to do, they told me to "Google HVAC." I later had to call them back with warranty questions and only then did they bother to be responsive. Thumbtack sent someone who clearly had no idea how a Mitsubishi split works and insisted the issue was with the indoor unit when it wasn't. HVAC Specialist Inc. started fine but quickly turned into a mess. They charged me for dealing with the vendor, then charged me every time they came out and failed to fix the problem, which happened three times. After it became obvious they had no path to a solution, I cut my losses. I paid a diagnostic fee and a parts fee, and when I questioned the constant billing with no results, the owner called me "disgusting." County Comfort Services thought the issue was outside but stopped responding once I asked for a firm price and timeline. I paid a diagnostic fee there as well. Home Depot eventually sent T. Webber, and everything changed. Their tech, Charlie, worked hard from start to finish. He replaced parts inside and eventually outside, and stayed calm, steady, and professional through the whole process. Joe Defreitas, a manager, helped sort out the billing and warranty issues and turned what felt impossible into something manageable. At this point I'm confident they understand Mitsubishi splits and can be trusted to work on them. Plenty of companies claim they know the product. T. Webber actually does. read more

Since we just got in trouble with the town about our leach field I feel like I should say again how twebber did a bad job. Said they could fix the problem, gave us a quote and couldn't deliver. They ended up coming back to "fix it" with a guy named Joe. What he did didn't fix the issue and was still leaking into the road. He had my brother that was their at the time sign a temporary fix thing on his iPad when he didn't live at the residence nor own it and someone that counts against us and they want to charge us 50k to fix this problem and basically wanna tear up our yard to do so Worst company Stay away. read more

Horrible and incompetent and refusing to take responsibility for their shoddy work. A tech came to do a tune-up on our central air conditioning system. Immediately after the tech left, we realized something was wrong because it was no longer working properly and the unit was stuck on high speed. We called immediately to complain. T. Webber sent someone today and they are taking no responsibility, saying it is not related to their tech working on the system yesterday and asking for $800 to fix! There was nothing wrong with the unit until after their tech touched it yesterday! And while I told today's tech I was going to call the office, he left! The office said someone would "try" and call me back but they can't guarantee it. They don't stand behind their work. We trusted them to do a tune-up and now the system isn't working properly and they are taking no responsibility and not even guaranteeing to call us back. I hired TWebber to do an annual service of my 3 AC units. The website says the service was to include replacement of the filters and cleaning of the coils. The tech did neither and then tried to upsell thousands of dollars of recommended work like duct cleaning without asking if it had been done. The tech also commented that one system was weak until I told him it was a split system at which time he went back and tested again and of course the system was fine. Lastly he didn't even check the 3rd basement air handler because if he had he would have informed me that the filter was broken and in need of replacement. I used TWeber years ago and stopped because I hired them to put in 2 new bathroom faucets and the tech spent all day installing something that should have taken an hour and the charge was 2 times what an independent installer later charged me for installation of a different bathroom faucet. I'm considering a lawsuit against T Webber, what appears to be the holding company, Turnpoint Services, and taking this to BBB, state agencies and every review site known to man. ALL THESE ONE-STAR REVIEWS ARE FOR A REASON. Incompetent liars. We have lived WITHOUT WATER TO OUR TWO MAIN BATHROOMS FOR NEARLY A WEEK because of this company, who sent two sets of technicians out within hours of each other (unknown to the dispatch/office) and both successively made a small faucet leak exponentially worse. Our home has high-end hardware without a shutoff valve on the sink, so we had to turn off the main water to stop to the bathrooms to stop the leak, which went from a slow drip BEFORE T WEBBER to a gush after they came. Of course, the crew was going to "be right back" with the right stem to fix it. That was Monday/Tuesday. It's now Saturday. The tech took a big deposit and GHOSTED. I've called multiple times. The customer service and dispatch are so ill-trained and inhuman....the level of disruption to our lives has been hard to quantify this week. Oh and you really know a company sucks when you hear one of the technicians talking about how disorganized the main office is. Basically a scam to try to take money and leave people in the lurch. I was a T Webber customer since moving to Cold Spring. They have failed to show up for appointments that I confirmed on their text messages 3 times, and each time there was no warning and no apology. I am currently waiting for a phone call from a "manager" to leave my service contract and get my $199 refunded. If you wanna spend way more than you need to, choose TWebs! They are ever-present and an easy option. But you will be overcharged for basic services. Don't trust their estimates, don't trust their fix recommendations. I've been through it all with them, due to the company I work for; plumbing, HVAC, electrician, and water heater. Funniest one: They told us we may need a whole new septic field to combat bad smells, turned out the septic just simply hadn't been cleaned out in too long! They didn't even ask, just jumped right to an estimate for a $20K fix. The latest: $636 for the water heater servicing, which includes a flush, anode inspection, and filter clean. Seems just a tad high!? The service techs vary greatly. Today, mine was very kind & down to business. I have made numerous appointments for service calls, and when the day arrived they never showed, their excuses are always the same " we had too many emergency service calls today" . This company charges an exorbitant amount. For installing a new $600 dishwasher, taking out the old one but NOT disposing of it - because there was no room in the van) - they charged a flat rate of $1,071.83 (inc. tax). I was told that the charge is the same whether the job takes half an hour or four. My daughter was scammed and so confused that she signed to pay this very large amount for a very simple job. Subsequently a quote was obtained from a local contractor for a plumber and electrician to simply connect new dishwasher to existing plumbing and hardwire it as the old one had been - $500! Please get a quote from someone else. The T Webber technician who did the installation was not an electrician. When I asked why he could not put an electrical socket in to make life easier in the future he said he was not an electrician and could only join the existing wires! read more

If I could leave a 0 star rating I would. I was told the only thing that would fix the septic backing up into the house was a $5600 fix bypassing the septic trap in the garage, something that would allow septic gasses and pests into the house and could cause health issues. It also violates NYS plumbing codes. They told me there wasn't a clog and it wasn't from the septic tank being full, there was literally no other reason it backed up into the house. They made me sign an estimate before they even looked at anything and wouldn't leave until I paid them for clearing a clog they said didn't exist. The manager was extremely sarcastic and rude and told me they didn't have a gun to my head, I could have said no and still pay $140 for them to walk onto the property. He couldn't care less about customers saying he didn't care if he lost me as a customer, a customer for over 20 years. Considering they were going to do something that violates NYS plumbing codes, you cannot have any faith that any of the work they recommend is needed or should even be done. read more

Jan 2023 I had issues with my furnace. TWebber came repaired it and suggested I update the furnace due its age. that was open to it, not wanting to have to deal with furnace repairs on a yearly basis. Spoke to the salesman sold me on the Navien system $16,000 system I figured by cheap by twice so I went with it I wouldn't have to worry about any kind of repairs on my furnace for a good five years or more. I was wrong they sold me a Lemon. Remember this is January so not even a month in after installation I had to call them back because instead of blowing heat it was blowing cold air and this has continued since 2023 every year they had to come back for the same exact issue and they replaced multiple things on the Navien. It's 2025 I turn the heat for the first time of course it's blowing cold air. TWebber comes say the have to due diagnostic contact Navien for the part. I would be charged for the service diagnostic fee installation fee. I paid $16,000 for a heating unit and what I basically got was a $16,000 hot water heater and I can't see continuing to pay money for this unit that has never worked. So the salesman was Wayne. Sold me on the Navien system saying I would be saving money on maintenance and heating cost. The only way T.Webber can rectify the situation is to replace the system with a brand new Navien system, replace it with a regular furnace or extend their warranty for another three years so this way every time it breaks down, it comes out of their pocket unit is turning into $20,000 in two years. It was when we called to confirm that they told us they could not come on the appointment that was made- they had too many emergencies. They wouldn't be able to come for two more weeks. Called T. Weber because my plumber wasn't available. The expansion tank for my boiler needed to be replaced. They charged me $1136. My plumber said that was a $125 part. My boiler continued to leak. They came back and pressure checked the system. Said I needed a new water heater for $8860. My plumber pressure check the system and said I only need a value replaced. T. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My oil burner went out and we replaced it with a nozzle that would keep it running for a day or so. I wrote this company early this morning as was told I was "on the schedule" and that I needed to stay within 30 miles of my home so when the technician called on his way, I would be home. Now, I am told that they would be able to put me on the schedule for tomorrow morning. I took off from work, sat around until 4:40 pm when I finally called to see when the tech would be here and was told there were "no guarantees" they would be there today. Now, I am out of luck and perhaps my oil burner will go out tonight and my pipes will freeze. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. To tell someone they are on the schedule, have someone wait around all day, and then say "how about tomorrow?" is disgusting, especially in weather where temps are going down to single digits tonight. I wish I had read the reviews before taking a day off and trusting this company, especially after I was texting all day and was only told at 4:40 pm that they could schedule me tomorrow. They had me delete my last review because they were gonna solve our issue but they didn't. At first they were going to help, but my brother signed a piece of paper even though he wasn't the homeowner nor my mom's power of attorney. So they wanted to quote me 50 K to fix our Leach field . They are the worst company. even with the new owners, they are a shit show along with their manager, unless they fired him too. Thats all but stay away from this company.
