This store carries the spirit of the 60s in every way. Tie dye wall hangings in the window, smoke accessories galore, and a free spirit atmosphere. I'm not 420 friendly but if you are, this is your kind of place. What they do have that interests me is the vape pipes! I've tried e cigarettes before as a way to cut down on regular cigarettes and thought they were okay, definitely less stinky, but they were heavy and awkward to hold in any ladylike manner. I often felt like a thug wannabe smoking my ecig while holding it between my pointer and thumb. Not very ladylike. Disgusting conduct by the employees here. Trevor was at the front and immediately when I walked in he started talking about the size of my breasts loud enough that I could hear, when I was ready to be helped he completely ignored my questions and said that if he wasn't on the clock he would take me out then eat me out. I tried to just purchase what i came in and leave hand clutching the pepper stray in my bag he did sell me a product and I left. I called the next day and spoke with a lady on the back end of the business and she said that she would investigate and look at the cameras to make sure I actually came in as if I would lie about this then she asked if I was wearing anything that he could make suggestive thoughts from because "boys will be boys" absolutely disgusting this is how women get hurt. The sales associate that helped me was very "knowledgeable". He seemed new. I'm new to vaping and told him what vape I used and that I just needed a small bottle of mint flavored juice. Evidently he sold me the wrong kind? It wasn't working on my vape and wasn't burning. He also only showed me the largest bottles and when I requested for a small one he ignored me. I understand he was trying to make the sale, but I just needed enough to get me home from a 4.5 hour drive. Hopefully they'll give me a refund. Somehow the associate messed something up in the computer when I gave him $20 and was unable to get a receipt. The shop was very clean and they were very friendly. read more

I have had nothing but years of shitty experience. Today being no different. I came In looking for CBD isolate, they showed me the shelf where I already knew it was at. And to no surprise the same jars from 4 YEARS AGO were still sitting there. They sold me 4 year old CBD for 56$ a gram. I am very upset, could never recommend this shop to anyone. The dudes were nice, but this was not okay, that should have been 50% off or better yet FREE would make sense. Out raged, come here for anything other than CBD and you should be fine. bro, this is hands down the best head shop i've ever been to; i've been to plenty around the city, different states but they have a wiiiiide selection compared to the others i've been to. if not a wide selection, then you'll be reeled in w their amazing prices !!! any type of glassware you need, they'll have. sweet little glass blown animal pieces, etc (; best part about it is that they make their own glass and man was it worth the money !!!! this baby hits so damn clean and hard. milky rips and it's heavy glass so you don't needa worry if it'll break from a fall, but this is a baby and you should treat it delicately. not to mention their amazing customer service and knowledge and also the posters and other treasures around the place. good atmosphere, good people, good vibes. 10/10 recommend read more

Very few places where you just feel comfortable with walking in the door. This is one of them. The staff that I have always encountered working there is A+ for help. VERY knowledgeable about their products. I go there to buy E-Juice, Tasty Juice for my E cig (vape pen). We go there frequently for our smoking needs. They are always helpful and they always have what we need. We were prepared to buy a volcano at one point and we were pointed in the right direction and got a nice vaporizer that works awesome and cost less. We buy glass pipes, screens and pieces for hubbys metal pipe. Had an overwhelming ammount of waterpipes and when ours broke they helped us find one that we love. We will definitely be back for more. We began to look at the product and he rudely asked "what do you want?" I explained what I was looking for and he again, rudely, said "well what are you going to spend?" We told him our price range and he laughed. Said "good luck with that". My partner got mad and responded "We will just go back to Smokey's . They're decent priced and friendly." He responded with "fine. Go back there. I don't care." So we left, went to smokeys and spent almost $100 in goods. I will never go back to Tzone. I don't care if that guy isn't there. If it weren't for the horrible return policy on defective merchandise, this place has a pretty good selection. However, all the negatives outweigh any good from that. If you're looking for a place that guarantees their merchandise/glass, this is not it. I had two separate incidents where they sold me a glass accessory that had a weak joint/connection that broke only days after purchasing... I spent $19.99 and $29.99 respectively so naturally I wanted a replacement since it was clearly their defect and not my fault. They told me, "Sorry, no exchanges or returns, but I can offer you a discount on your next one"... Hahahaha, uhhh, no thanks, I don't plan on wasting anymore of my money in your jankey establishment. Your discount won't stop cheaply made merchandise from China from breaking.
