He's on top of everything, from management to admin to maintenance. The place looks and runs better than it has since it first opened (back when Denver was running the show). The only downside is that Mike takes off at 6pm, so in the evening hours there still tends to be a problem with non-members (mostly undocumented) sneaking in. And for that reason alone I would not recommend unaccompanied females be there after dark.

It's open 24/7 (via a programmed key-fob), but there is someone at the desk for a few hours in the afternoon on weekdays (M-TH 330-6pm). I don't know how access is truly maintained during unmanned hours, because I've seen people come in who don't appear to be members, and don't sign in on the sign-in sheet as they're supposed to. Located right on Hwy 331 just south of the Hwy 331/Hwy 20 intersection, the location is super convenient. Parking is usually adequate, but often you'll have to park in the ally behind the adjacent businesses. This could be a concern for unaccompanied females during hours of darkness. Much of the equipment tends to be a little older, but is adequately maintained. And of course there are regular improvements and updates. There is a male and a female restroom, both large enough to change clothes. There are small cubbies adjacent to the restrooms for personal gear. There are security cameras indoors, but I cannot attest to whether (if or when) they're actually monitored. And as far as I know there is no type of membership screening for any criminal background, to include one's legal status in the United States. This could be a rapidly growing concern for some folks, particularly unaccompanied females during unmanned hours of darkness.

It was not clear on the website that your pass starts the min you buy it. I went through the online setup waiting to get to the calendar to set my pass date only to realize my transaction was complete. I emailed them asking about when my membership started and included my vacation dates so it was clear when I would be in town. The automated email I received back suggested my pass started when I downloaded the entry barcode which wasn't true. We showed up to workout and my wife's pass had one day left and mine as expired (she signed up the day after I did). We spoke to the guy at the front desk who said it was clear and recited the times of transactions and dates of automated emails. No refund, no flexibility. It is fine to set firm boundaries and state company policy and fine print. It is also my policy to provide constructive feedback asking for some customer service and to let others know Warrior fitness is tryin to steal your money.
