This TA is fairly clean and associates are pleasant with the customers walking in. It wasn't that busy for a Sunday so there wasn't much of a wait in the line. We purchased 2 Fanta sodas because you saved $1.48 if you purchased 2 of them. The cashier who rang us up was friendly and quick which we appreciated. I did not think this place would taste that good. Tore up the food before i got to my truck had to turn around and go get more. THANK GOD I DIDNT STOP AT PETRO OR PILOT FOR FAST FOOD CHAIN GMOS WENDYS BURGERKING ETC. They close 10pm. White guy is not friendly. Portions kind of skimpy. Price is you guessed it lol. They closed off the men's bathroom. Was there really a reason? A lot of excuses but the showers suck compared to a standard Flying J since no normal soap. You should've supplied like 50 bars in there if that's what you were doing not share a bar with the next trucker. read more

Stopped here to switch drivers. Decided to get some coffee and breakfast. They have a small selection of hot food items. It's a smaller TA than most, but has a driver's lounge and an IHOP. It's clean and has enough selection to make it worth stopping at. read more

I am a pilot car driver. I was on my way to Ridley Park, PA when my partner's vehicle broke down. So we stop at the TA in Lexington VA. Store # 0202 We wanted some breakfast however the IHOP was closed. So we saw that it wasnt long before it opened so we decided to browse. Yes we looked through the entire store just browsing. My partner decided she was gonna go to the driver's lounge that is inside the store. I continued to browse and had a couple things in my hand. Well I had two things that I thought did the same thing. So I decided to ask my partner her opinion. As I'm walking to the drivers lounge I am stopped by a couple employees saying that I had just stolen the items in my hand. The manager was very hostile and rude. I apologized because i didn't see the sign. apparently there is a small sign that says you cant take items into the drivers lounge. The hostile manager begins to tell me that I have stolen items in my pocket which I did not. He then gets very loud and even more rude when he threatens to call the police. I say no dont worry about it here are your items we will just go. Then he very rudely tell me I have to purchase the items because I already stole them. Which I had no idea because the drivers lounge is in the same building as the store. So I do purchase the items even though I will not use them and no longer wanted them. My partner says you cant make her purchase things she doesn't want. The rude manager said purchase these things or I'm calling the Sherriff and having you arrested. Then he takes my picture without my permission. He then tells me that we have to leave even though my partner's van is broken. The manager claimed that I was intentionally hiding in the blind spots of the store. I had no idea where any blind spots were because I had never been there before and I'm not a thief. I will never purchase so much as a piece of gum from TA again. My partner began to get upset as was I at this point I said no I will just pay for my unwanted items and try to put this whole nightmare behind me. I would like to be able to take these items back and get a refund as I did not wish to purchase them. I will never be in that TA ever again. I will also be rating that TA very poorly on Google maps, Yelp and any other site I can think of. I work all over the United States, I will be telling every driver and escort that I see from now on how poorly I was treated at the TA I have never received such disgusting treatment. The treatment I received was ridiculous. There was no need to be rude nor nasty. I did apologize about going towards the drivers lounge. It was an honest mistake however I was definitely treated extremely poorly. I really hope they dont treat all of their out of town customers the way they treated me. I believe that the manager on duty's name was Paul but 100% sure. As he was so utterly rude that I didn't even want to look at him. If I could give this location a -100 stars I would. All the products in the store or old, outdated and over priced. The 3 items that I was forced to purchase was almost $16.00. My partner and I did leave the TA even though she is broke down. I had to push her down the road to the Quality Inn. Let's just hope we dont get harrassed her. Lol read more
