Duck confit minced and boletus puntalette - It's a pasta dish prepared as risotto and if nobody told me it was pasta I would have had no idea. Rich and flavorful and tasty, although I couldn't have much since it's a creamy dish and I'm lactose intolerant Cod tripe stew with sheep cream milk, homemade gnocchis, and garlic croutons - Ordered this for the novelty of cod tripe. It ended up being primarily gnocchi and a creamier dish than I was expecting (though should have known given the sheep cream milk). Cod tripe is chewy and thinner than normal beef tripe, and I think j would have enjoyed it more in another preparation.
