They all seem to speak good English so it is easy to discuss what is available and for them to recommend something for you if it is your first time. The beef is prepared, for hours, with the onions and then this rich thick concoction on top of the buttered rigatoni. Absolutely delicious. The beef cuts reminded me of the Brazilian churrascarias, but way smaller portions. We also had the antipasti, which was heavenly: tomato, basil and olive oil on bread (like a bruschetta, but much better), bufala, ricotta, some Neapolitan peppers (not hot), etc. Everything was perfect: food, service, drinks, dessert. If you are ever around Napoli, please do yourself a favor and go here.
