Lauren is incredibly creative and has such an amazing eye for detail! I've seen firsthand the amount of thought and care she puts into creating these experiences, and she really has a gift for making everything feel beautiful and special. It's the little details that really stand out. Lauren puts so much heart into what she does, and you can tell she genuinely cares about making sure everyone has a wonderful experience. She's thoughtful, organized, easy to work with, and just has that special touch that makes everything come together perfectly. We started with and absolutely beautiful and delicious charcuterie board that we snacked on while learning how to make homemade Italian sausage and homemade jalapeño/cheddar bratwurst. We also learned how to make homemade/hand folded pasta that was then used with the Italian sausage as part of our 5 course feast. Toni provided a great overview of proper wine tasting while she and Eric walked through why each wine for each course was chosen to pair with each dish that they had prepared to allow each course build on the last until the crescendo of dessert with its appropriate wine. If you are looking for great food, great wine pairing capability, great hands on experience that goes way beyond just a catered dinner you have to give Dammi Vino a try, you will be beyond thrilled!

My daughter had her wedding at Windsong on 5/22/26 and it was so absolutely perfect. I had about 4 hours to set up.....Im guessing I didnt realize how time consuming the set up would be. I had amazing help....it was just such a chaotic day with trying to make sure bride and groom didnt see each other and getting every detail right and so much more.....and without Aimee, it just wouldnt have happened!! She jumped in and helped me so much (after I told her she wouldn't be stepping on any toes, and I would be more than happy to accept any help,because I could tell she wanted to give me advice but wanted to repect our boundaries as well). Aimee jumped in and started helping set up tables, decorating, telling me what she thought looked good and what didnt, helping with so many details, and just being a Godsend in general!! I can honestly say that without her I would not have had the time to share all of the special moments with my daughter on her special day. Because of Aimee's willingness to help along with her experience I was able to help my daughter get ready for her wedding, see the "first look" moments between her and her dad and grandfather, even the small things like me and her getting moments captured between us talking and crying while getting ready by the photographers. I will forever be grateful for everything Aimee and her husband helped with. It was a perfect day for a dream wedding with amazing people at Windsong and I would recommend this venue over and over again!!!! A member of our wedding crew had a flat tire & Michael repaired it right there on the spot! They go the extra mile to offer Windsong as an affordable & impressive venue.
