Went for lunch sat at the bar , ordered cup of chowder and salad after 40 mins l reminded the bartender to check on our lunch ....he came back with chowder and salad . Chowder was cold so sent it back . Then the chowder was loaded with chewy clams and huge potato's not good took a couple of bites and left it. Told the bartender I didn't care for it he said " why did you eat it" he never asked if he could take it off the bill or do something for us. I love table 12 but he was rude and not attentive. I spent the rest of the night guzzling water because there was so much salt on it. The wait person convinced my partner to add a protein to her 13.95 salad. Ready for this? We were charged TWENTY dollars extra for that little piece of fish. And don't let me forget about the TWO greeters who did I not look at us for a solid 5 minutes when we first arrived. I'll not eat here again. My guest and I ordered beef gyros. The gyro was stiff and cracked when we ate it, so it fell apart. Seemed to me a stale gyro would do that. Also, whatever that so-called 'beef' is is disgusting. It looks like a long flat hotdog that's sticking out of the gyro, and it's smothered in spices so you won't notice it's compressed ingredients, really thin and stiff, I'm thinking it's not all beef. My husband ordered Hawaiian pizza - the ham had zero flavor. My onion rings had very little flavor, too. Another guest of ours ordered chicken teriyaki - it was so liquid, he was calling it teriyaki soup. The only good thing he had to say about it was that the veggies were good. We waited 45 minutes for our food, and I had to ask twice for my waterglass to be filled. The person taking the order doesn't deliver the food - so good luck if you need anything because they just drop the food and run and you don't see the waitress again until it's bill time. My wife and I tried T12 for the first time on a recent Saturday evening. We had 6:00 reservations and arrived at 5:50 and were seated at 6:15. We ordered two vodka and tonics that arrived flat (lack of effervescent), a bad sign for a good VT. After tasting the drink there was a definite absence of tonic water taste. After informing our server that the drinks were not flavorful. He graciously replaced them. The bartender brought two new VTs to the table. We explained what was wrong and assured us the new drinks were correct because he made them himself. Okay! No change second drinks no flavor. On to the food. We ordered swordfish and a seafood casserole. The entrees were tasty but served warm at best. Portions of protein were small compared to pricing. My wife returned her baked potato and broccoli because they were cold. She completed her swordfish before the veggies returned. After completing a less than ceremonious meal, the server returned to tell us that the syrup container (tonic) was empty and our VTs were only filled with water! Bar staff not to attentive to stocking their equipment I guess. The interior of the restaurant is bright,modern and clean. Had a 6pm reservation for 5 people on a Saturday night. Got there and they didn't have a table for us, so they tried to get us to sit in a 4 person table. We tried it, but ultimately it was just too small and so they brought us back to waiting area. To echo other reviews, the staff seemed to be running by us and really rushed/rude while we were waiting. Got to our table at 6:15. Got drinks and food ordered by 6:40. And then we didn't get our food until 8:20 pm. It was awful. I ordered the ribeye medium rare, and it came out well done- no pink at all. I thought this was interesting because we waited for 1.5 hrs for our food, yet they overcooked it. LOL. Out tables best meal was the prime rib special. The chicken shish kabob was bad, Marsala and ravioli were both ok. They didn't really seem apologetic either. And we had to get up from our table to give the waitress our card/check because she dropped off the check then didn't come back for over 20 min (at 830 at this point) Overall don't come here on a busy night. My wife and I had a tough time there last night. I'd like to think it was a one-off, because overall we liked the atmosphere, and all of the food coming out to other people looked great. It was late-ish, we sat at the bar looking to have a quick beer or 2 and share a simple pizza and be on our way. 30+ minutes after ordering the pizza, the bartender came over and told us he was going to check on the pizza. He came back with the story that the pizza got over cooked and that a new one was already in the oven. Our sense is that the original order never went in, but fine, we played along. Pizza number 2 came out as a complete mess. Way undercooked (as a rush-job) and inedible. It was sent back. Some more time passes and the bartender comes back, I believe telling us that a new pizza (#3) was going in and that it would be on the house. At this point we had been sitting there, very hungry, for over an hour with only a couple of beers to show for it. I wasn't waiting for another pizza to cook and we decided to leave...in a very frustrated manner. The bartender went to ring up the beers and then decided to just comp them too. Thank you. Look, this could have been the first time in my life that I've verbally expressed frustration to a bartender, let alone walking out. But enough was enough. The whole thing could have gone better had he sent the manager to smooth things over, but he didn't. The (Tuesday night) bartender and the kitchen seemed to be trying to cover up for each other. Its processed meat and NOT appetizing. Our "waitress" never checked in on us after trying our meals. Neither me not my BF ate any of the Turkey BUT only the mashed potatoes, stuffing & broccoli, which were very good but we would have NEVER EVER ordered the $15 Turkey dinners knowing the Turkey was sliced processed meat and not fresh sliced roasted Turkey. Another waitress tried to check in on us and wrap my plate, I refused only because I wanted to speak to our specific waitress, whom was too busy bossing others around to do her work!!! I have been in the restaurant business for 20years just to say I know my way around the business! FINALLY our waitress came over and I tried explaining to her that the Turkey was NOT as we were expecting and as she described!!! But everything else was very good! She tried to tell me that the Turkey there was sliced daily fresh!!!! LOL! Even tho we knew better..... So she took my plate and spoke to a manager and cake back and offered 1 dessert on the house.....$7 for 2 meals $30 value that neither Turkey was eaten!? THE MANAGER herself could NOT even come over to speak to us.....So I could explain I asked before I ordered and was MISLED to believe I was ordering real Turkey! She first said that someone made "typos" on the beer list, - alleging that the strength and pour sizes the beer menu listed were inaccurate. Later she changed the story and said someone changed the drafts recently, but failed to update their labels (implying the beer menu was actually accurate after all). We were not sure what we were drinking. The issue I had mostly was her thought that I needed any of this explained in the first place. I expect to look at a beer menu, order what I want, be served that order (product and pour size), and pay for it accordingly. Simple, right? Other annoying things: No offer to open tabs, split tabs, etc... just one check for our whole group. The bar lacked two ingredients to finish two of the holiday cocktails the bartender made a point to solicit to us as we sat down. This is my very first visit to Massachusetts and therefore my very first visit to this restaurant. Not a good experience!! We had some friends and family in the area who hughly recommended this place and so we went with a couple of family members. To my great disappointment, MY meal did not come out timely. I ordered a basic BLT and onion rings. Simple meal. The rest of my table ordered market priced seafood meals and those came out immediately. They said mine was delayed due to an order error. When my food finally came out the order was wrong and was sent back. Finally after my table was almost finished eating they brought my food out with no apology. By that point I was frustrated and not really hungry any longer. I had also asked for more water and that was never brought out either. Bottom line, my little 9.95 BLT took almost a half hour with no apology to me. The remaining meals at our table were expensive. We were not offered anything for the inconvenience EXCEPT the waiter apologized to my husband, not me, not the person who waited a half hour for a BLT and I had to ask twice just to get water. Even though the food was very tasty. I would not recommend eating here because of the poor service and lack of customer service. A little niceness goes a long way. Disrespect to your customers, not so great. And who cares about ambiance if customers are not treated right. I recommend that you go somewhere else. read more

This place was so fun! I'm super surprised by all the negative reviews. We sat in the bar and I had a Proper No. Twelve Manhattan-- totally awesome. I'm picky about my manhattans. Perfect balance of sweetness to booziness. My partner had a draft beer. It was a craft cherry sour, they've got a nice selection and the prices are actually pretty good. You can play Keno here so we did, no luck so our losing streak continued but at least we had fun. We got the fried feta app and demolished it before I remembered to snap a picture. Next time I maybe will because I'm coming back for it. So so so good. They sprinkle it with tomatoes and diced onion and olives and it was just perfect. I was full and didn't order more but my partner got the turkey dinner with mashed potatoes. I had a bite because he made me. I'm glad he did. Listen, I don't even LIKE turkey normally. So this place is right down the street from me so I decided to give it a try. I just need to say that the staff is exceptional in every way. The food is phenomenal! For a restaurant that's not a chain, the prices are reasonable! The spinach and artichoke dip is to die for! The California Turkey Burger is ridiculously amazing! The most juicy and flavorful turkey burger I've ever had! My daughter gets their roasted turkey dinner and she is in love with it! She is super picky but this meal takes the cake for her! The meal sizes are huge! Totally worth the money because I always have leftovers! Needless to say, I've been getting takeout from this place since the pandemic started and I'm still very impressed. I chose this place for me and my friends because the menu had a wide variety of food so I thought it would be a great place to get a late night dinner boy was I wrong! We got seated and they gave us dirty silverware right off the bat. Then we ordered appitizers. My friend got the fried pickles and I got the spinach artichoke dip. It took a good 30 mins just for that to come out. I make this myself all the time it should be a creamy thick rich dip. The top came out served burnt. I took a scoop and it was pure water inside. There was only 2 pieces of artichoke and the spinach was rotten because it tasted like pure vinegar. Then we ordered meals which took almost an hour for them to serve it and my friends got fried fish and onion rings and said it was mediocre and me and my friend got the swordfish. The swordfish was way overcooked and dried out and I asked for a cesar salad instead of veggies with greek dressing. They gave me a side salad with ranch dressing which I hate ranch so I imformed the waitress I had gotten ranch by mistake and she said nope thats greek... no I am sorry there is a huge difference between greek and ranch so I ate my salad dry because she seemed like she didnt care. I think the only part I liked was the mashed potato though that was the best part. Then came the check which was paid mostly in credit but one friend paid with cash her total came to only $28 something so naturally there would be a $5 or $6 tip at best (which honestly should have been less because the service was horrible) so she gave the waitress 2 twenty dollar bills and she brought back 1 ten and 2 dollar bills. Now if you can't catch on to what she just did this was a giant middle finger to my friend because the waitress pretty much suggested that she should leave a 50% tip by leaving the ten for her. So the waitress made it so my friend only had a choice to leave a huge tip. I told my friend just leave the other $2 if she wants to be like that. So my friend got up and asked for 2 fives because she is way more of a kind soul than me to leave a decent 20-25% tip even though she kept screwing up our order and being petty. I had a fun fall cranberry vodka spritzer and Turkey dinner. The flavorful thick cut turkey was served over red bliss mashed potatoes and stuffing with the perfect amount gravy over the top. Thank goodness they bring a bowl of cranberry sauce on the side too. Not having it is a deal breaker for me. I wish I took a picture because turkey and taters isn't typically a pretty dish. I think I actually said "wow" when it was placed in front of me. The runner pleasantly placed down my dish and said enjoy your dinner....and tomorrow's lunch. I confidently told him I'd be eating it all. Yeah. Half of it is in my fridge with a few of the fresh rolls they served, waiting to become a sandwich. The service was extremely attentive. We ate early and when we got up to leave, the wait line was significant. I haven't looked to see if they do online reservations but when my friends and I go back for turkey dinner again, I'll be making a reservation. My friends each had a fish taco and a burger. Although it was a a little cold on the deck without the heaters on, the booze kept us warm! Started with a knock your socks off frozen rose and WOW. Wife had a spiked lemonade and she loved it! Had the fried feta via recommendation of our server- AMAZING!!! Literally could not think of something to improve it, it was so good. First time and last time at this place. First of all the place was beautiful, sat in the pub/bar area and had a great waitress named Ashley. My date and I ordered salmon and scallop meals. Asked distinctly for extra well done on both meals. Meals took well over 45 mins to come bc they said they forgot to make the salmon w no dill. Ok - NP. Must be taking so long bc they're cooking it well done . Both meals came very rare. My date said she'd deal with it bc we were having a good time. I had to send mine back, the scallops were raw! Didn't complain, didn't ask for it to be taken off the bill, just wanted it cooked properly! Bottom line they brought my meal back exactly how I sent it back, I left it almost untouched. My date hardly ate hers but was too sweet to complain. They obviously don't have a real chef and need some serious help managing the place. Very disappointing. Was very excited when we got there and saw what a nice place it was. Nothing worse than undercooked food and a staff that doesn't care. Menus are written on cheap, printed paper, the food is on par with decent bar food.
