When you first step into the place, they immediately make you feel like a valued customer by greeting you and asking you if they can help you find anything. (This is rare in Harwin Area stores generally speaking.) The ladies didn't mind searching for specific colors for me and even radioed for additional stock from the warehouse just to complete my collection/set. I discovered the place through my friend, Greg Buchold. I had been admiring a Mardi Gras mask and wreath that he had put on his door and he told me about the place. I went looking for Mardi Gras stuff but was blown away by the extensive collection of cookbooks and design books that they sell, all discounted from retail list prices. But there was much much more. Luna Furniture then offered me $250.00 to keep a damaged table that I paid in excess of $1200 for. Ashley Furniture (which manufactured the furniture, with a 1-year finish guarantee) stated they could not help me as I purchased through a third party. By the way, Ashley does honor them as one of their representative. I think it is just a way to blame it on each other and not have to deal with poor customer service and faulty manufacturing. It is now April 6, 2026, and nothing. I will never buy anything from either of them again!
