They even carry some clothing, jewelry, and house products. I feel the prices are competitive. The reason they get 3 stars is because you are under surveillance the whole time you're there. They try to hide it, but you know they are watching. They have very poor customer service as well, when you need help finding a product. They have a great (enormous) wig selection! But.....you are only allowed to try on 3 wigs, and you must buy a wig cap for $1. I can understand to a point because people do play and try on wigs for no reason and don't plan on buying anything. If you are a serious buyer and plan on buying a few, this is a problem. I do understand shoplifting is a real problem as well, but very offensive to a person like me. I have been to this Hair Town many times and know what to expect, I go in, get what I need, and I'm out! My advice would be to upgrade your customer service, and you would have a great store.

I've been a customer now for several years. Arnette, the owner, does my hair. The service and…read morequality are consistently exceptional. They don't over book appointments and will not have you waiting indecent amounts of time. In fact, my hair is generally washed, dried and curled in 45-50 minutes of my arrival and always lasts two weeks. There have been times I could have waited a third week between appointments. Just a quality job all the way around. Arnette is extremely accommodating and makes herself available early morning for clients that have to be at work and in high gear by 8:30 am/9:00 am. Location is great and parking, although metered, is never a problem. You will not be disappointed.
