The restaurants soda machine is disgusting. Food dumped into soda fountain machine, counters wet, and sticky and dirty. None of the soft drinks taste right. They tasted like metal. Horrible. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I bought 2 tacos, one drink, and cinnamon twist from DoorDash . I saw from my ring camera the worker threw my food on the doorstep. The worker also looked at the camera so he obviously doesn't care. My cinnamon twist was left in complete CRUMBS. One of my tacos were a big mess, the second ones shell was super hard even though it's supposed be a soft shell. My drink came in a small when I ordered it as a large. They said they ran out of large cups so they gave me a small one still charging me for the large cup. Plus it was 30 minutes late. It would be faster to just go inside instead of ordering. Order is always wrong or missing something and service is so slow. I went here on a Friday at 8:00am to get my son breakfast before daycare. Nobody spoke through the intercom so I waited. At 8:03, I drove to the window and asked if I could order. The woman was nice but responded that they just opened and no food was ready. She said it be about 20-30 minutes. The inside was dirty and not kept up with at all. The wait for the food was EXTREMELY long. More than 30 minutes after ordering inside the store. The food was poorly put together. A long time ago, I worked in the area -- floating around on assignments -- and would sometimes find it convenient to pop in here for a quick, stomach-churning bite. Back then, I was also not so snobby when it came to fast food. From what I remember of those visits, the innards of the place were always clean. Many months have gone by between those more-frequent visits and my stop tonight. I was a terrible drive-thru customer, to be honest. Then when i go to the front door to do their new "grab and go" pick up window - waited for about 10 minutes while watching 3 members of staff sitting around the store on their phones, where I suppose they were all on a break which was too important to help a customer get the sauce that actually makes their food somewhat edible. The nice lady who took our (as in my BF & I) order had such professional manner. There's a screen that shows you what you ordered in text & she asked us nicely to make sure she got our order right. I usually encounter dull & miserable beings at fast food restaurants, but not this one. Everyone was polite with genuine smiles. I come here usually after going to the movie theater down the block. There's a parking lot so that's never an issue. The inside is usually decently clean and the bathroom is fine. The employees there I would say are average to above average. The food which is the most important part is typical Taco Bell. The inside has about 15 tables spread around. It's quiet in there and the area is nice. My favorite is the soft potato tacos and the best part is their only $1.00. They ask for your name after place your order and they will announce upon completion. I find that to be a good idea. I usually sit down and wait. It usually takes about five minutes to get done. Their frozen drinks (ex. the starburst ones) do taste delicious, but the flavor runs out in 2.5 seconds, and you are left with ice and watered down flavor.
