I'd personally go for (more) cheese sauce next time. The salsa that came with this burrito dish - it appears they're making that salsa - and it's a great tasting salsa! So good a salsa, that I make one small suggestion: Instead of those Tostitos round chips being served as the side. Might I suggest something like the Tostitos Cantina style chip.
