Honestly, every time I come here with orders from my family and not just myself they forget something. First of all, I was the only customer in the drive thru. I paid and they asked me to park while the prepared my food. Now in the past when I've been asked to park, I get home and I'm missing one-two items... so this time I decided to check my order before I left. Of course I was missing something, so I went back in... told them what I was missing and they prepared it and gave it to me no questions. Moral of this story... if you are ordering more than 3 items make sure your order is correct before you leave... apparently 3 is the highest number they can count to at this location. read more

I'm not a fan of Taco Bell. But it had been years since I've come to this franchise so I figured I'll give it a try. But I was pretty disappointed. I didn't have hide expectations because it is just fast food, but I was hoping for some decency. I wouldn't go back though. I ordered cheese roll ups, cheesy bean burrito, quesalupa or whatever it is called, and some Cinnabon donut bites. The cheese rolls and Cinnabon donut bites were good- but not enough to bring be back to Taco Bell. The quesalupa was probably the most disappointing thing I ordered. After seeing all of the commercials advertising how cheesy it is I was expecting, well CHEESE. Honestly it was the same as any old taco. And overpriced. I paid 3 bucks for a standard taco. The cheese was t even melted. It was just grated cheese sprinkled on top, and very little at that. I hate that I got sucked in by the commercials and it turns out to be nothing like what they advertised. I feel like a chump. Oh well. Sorry Taco Bell I won't be coming back. Maybe I'll check back in after another decade passes. Hopefully y'all get a clue on how to satisfy customers. Hint: false advertising is not cool. Yo quero honesty. read more

Omg worst Taco Bell I have ever be n to. Went thru the drive thru, and I was missing a crunchy taco, got a burrito with onions when I said no onions, got quesadilla with sauce when I said no sauce. When I went inside to get it corrected the girl behind the counter argued with me and said I know didn't put sauce in there and insisted there were no onions it that burrito! This is a pit stop for me when driving tired on the 91. Everytime I've done drive-thru there, they have been SO nice. I ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito and when I got up to the window, the lady said "we don't actually have cheesy bean and rice burritos anymore, but we will still make you one!" Says close time 6pm on Christmas eve showed up at 5:30.... sat at the intercom for 5min, nothing went to the window for another 5min (with workers passing the window and seeing us multiple times) finally someone comes and says "We're out of food." We then reply with "we havent even told you our order" their reply "we're out of everything" when we can clearly see food and chips!! I live close by and stop by 2-3 times a month. They haven't messed up my order once but be prepared to WAIT at the drive through or ordering inside. This place is a disgrace. The bean and cheese burritos I ordered were filled with old beans, rice grains , lettuce remnants and hardly any cheese. Who the hell was making the food here. The establishment-was empty and yet I went and took a chance. Holy of the holiest shit. I'll never go back again. I was so sick to my stomach afterwards. Came in here a couple days ago, ordered $25 in food once I got home my husband said it smelled like paint. We bit into the tacos and they tasted and smelled like paint. Took the food back employees smelled it and said omg were so sorry it does smell like paint. This place should be shut down while it's under construction, my husband and I were both sick after this. This is my second Review! It is unbelievable the amount of crap this Taco Bell gets away with. I work for s corperate Taco Bell and this is simply is unbelievable & not right. Corperate Taco Bell should really think about taking away there license. I walked in around 10:30 today October 27, 2018 to sit down with my family to have some breakfast. They took the customers order in front of me for breakfast but when it was my turn they said they "ran out of eggs" after I confronted them and told them how is that possible they kept saying no more eggs. Since I know the Mclain or inventory comes in Saturday i told them how could you run out of eggs if your order Just came in? Thats when they said "Oh we dont have any prepped" well then make some. So two points here they closed breakfast too early and lied! Believe ME THIS EMBARRASSING! Very poor customer service!!! Please get some better people. We went here for lunch with a big order. so we were making sure they got everything repeated it multiple times and was even read back out order. We got to the window was givin our food. Went to the front and parked to look through our orders they have us no chips for the 3 Nachos that we had ordered. Forgot our black been queserito and both of the Mexican pizzas we got were put into bad oil and had a foul taste.
