The evening manager that works here is so high strong. He doesn't even let a customer get a word in edgewise, and if he messes up on your order, he will discipline you at the window as if you're a child pointing his finger say next time do it like this do it like that and on this evening I had the opportunity to observe him training a new employee I wouldn't say opportunity I would say experience, and he was so rude to this poor guy this young man that may or may not return back to work because of the sky can I just get some hot sauce your manager he is too much that guy read more

Taco Bell on Elk Grove Blvd. Drove through at 3:45 today. The person who took the drive thru order was rude. After every item ordered she sounded angry and said "is that all?". When I got to the window she did not say one word. When I got home I was short 5 tacos. I called to speak with the manager; no answer and voice mail full. The food order mistake is forgivable however the young lady should NOT be in a position to work with people. They really cheat you out of food at this location. I always order extra sauce on all my food items and I never get it but I pay for extra sauce for no reason at all. Not once, but this is the 3rd time. Meat portions are always small, maybe 3-4 pieces of chicken in a burrito. Soft tacos are all tortilla and lettuce. Quesadilla is half cheese and more tortilla. I Don't usually review fast food places, but...... I swung through the drive-through just now to pick something up....starving, hot, cranky. As I pulled up to pay, I realized I didn't have my wallet. I thought maybe it was in the car somewhere, so I told them I'd park and pay inside. Wallet was nowhere to be found and only a little spare change in the console. I went inside to tell them to cancel the order because I was a loser and couldn't pay. A super nice young guy in there said it was no biggie and the order was already made so he gave it to me anyway. I won't name him so he doesn't get into trouble for giving away free food, but his name starts with a "J" and rhymes with cake. Now I'm back at my air conditioned house, eating and writing a review. The manager Libia does not have great customer at all!! They messed up in my husbands order and he had to go back and get it fixed! He tried speaking to the manager in regards to the issue and she just brushed him off and said she's busy! Without even fixing the customer concern! A manager should never have that kind of service! Haven't been to a Taco Bell in a LONG time. This one - drive through was good. Bit of a wait, but the food was good, hot, fresh, and attractive. Know what I mean? Not all squishy and thrown together. OK... Look Out How Ave Taco Bell because this location in elk Grove gave me the most generous portions on a spicy tostada that I have ever had. They even spread the chipotle out instead of putting it in one big blob right in the middle which is super important on a tostado. Everything was fresh and the lettuce was crisp. We dined inside and were surprised that while CA is trying to reopen safely from the Covid 19 explosion, NONE of the employees were wiping down tables after customers left!!!!!!!!! There was a gentleman sitting at a table near ours, sneezing and coughing all over the table and when he left, another gentleman sat at that table, NONE of the employees had cleaned that table! Hoping ours was prior to us sitting down, will never know. No more eating inside that Taco Bell. They fucked up my order 5 times already, last time I ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito. I got a tortilla with shredded cheese in it. And the cheese wasn't even melted. For a taco bell that has a majority of teenagers working there I was highly impressed with the customer service they gave. Every employee was hard working and were all super polite. The cashier Anthony was a great example of how customer service should be displayed in all fast food places. They're even cleaner compared to other taco bell restaurants. read more

I come here every other day for a chicken quesadilla for a few years now and I order the same thing every time. I've constantly have had problems with my chicken quesadilla having no jalapeño sauce in it. I've called back and had to have my quesadilla replaced a countless amount of times. It gets frustrating having to drive back to have my quesadilla replaced so now that I'm fed up with it, I'll be giving a 1 start every time I receive a chicken quesadilla without sauce. Placed a mobile order for pick up on the app. Go into the store to pick up, look in my bag, seems everything was there. When I got home and unloaded my bag, I was missing 2 taco supremes with no tomatoes. I call the restaurant and an employee with a name that starts with M answered. I told her I was missing items and she proceeded to say she knows we got all our food as she had packed it. I said I just put it all in my counter and I'm missing the taco supremes. She continued to argue with me and I said why are you arguing? Why would I call and lie about not getting all my food I paid for? She said people do it all the time. So.. my suggestion, if you mobile order from this location, empty the entire contents on the counter in the store to make sure you received all your food or you won't be getting it all. read more

Went there last night-ordered through an app-when I got to the window I was attended by a very nice young lady who asked if I wanted any sauce packs-which I did. She then gave me my drinks and then disappears . So then I was handed my items by a young guy with a plastic container with my items in it. He didn't even make contact-he just shoved them in my direction, hitting my rear view mirror. I then spoke up to get his attention. He just looked at me and then walked away. Then I was left with another random person-who I had to ask for my receipt, which should of been automatically given! And not asked for! I live in this neighborhood and frequent the drive thru pretty often. Unfortunately, this is one of the slowest Taco Bell drive thru's ever! Wow this was one of the slowest taco bells i have been to, took close to 15 minutes to get my order. There were i say 4 others ahead of me, but they had already had their orders taken. I would never, and I mean NEVER, think to review a Taco Bell. Most are created fairly equal and even though I love Taco Bell, I really try to stay away from it. But I had a monster craving that needed to be satisfied so I trolled to the nearest Taco Bell to my home. I was so disappointed. The Mexican pizza barely had any sauce at all. The outside was completely dry. The enchirito (my fave since I was a kid) had barely any cheese. My craving wasn't completely satisfied because of them skimping on the ingredients. read more

Taco Bell's food is really good but sometimes the service can be slow, it kind of depends on the people around you and how much food they get. Also, after you eat their food it can give you a weird feeling in your stomach. I end up here about twice a month. It's a Taco Bell. The food is typical fare, priced the same, served fresh. The staff was friendly, just too few for a Friday lunch rush. The dining area was messy, ice and water all over the soda dispenser area. I think with better staffing I could raise the stars a little. read more
