Most pathetic service I think I've ever experienced as my profession constantly gets interrupted while I'm eating I have never once in my life thought about telling somebody I can't answer you. I'm on break as the employee did to us when I asked him a very simple easy question as he's walking by he tells me I'm on break and walks away. I think maybe his ponytail was on a little too tight since he didn't have his hair and Annette anyway probably got that nastiness in our food. Glad I went somewhere else!!! he was a young fella, and I will say everybody else in there was very polite, but unfortunately, they have to pay for this idiots reflection upon this business!!! read more

If I could give a 0 star, I would. I am very very unhappy with my experience at this Taco Bell. This is not the first time I've come to this exact location with the same exact outcome. It's horrible here, you can tell there is absolutely NO management! They've got their employees ON THE CLOCK arguing with someone over the phone screaming and cussing OUT IN THE LOBBY. Then she walked outside and SLAMMED THE DOOR! After she went outside 2 of her little friends showed up and they had a little chit chat outside. She then returned to work after some time again, yelling and cussing. Then she refused to wear her hat and proceeded to use her phone at the front counter. Talking about this particular Taco Bell in Floresville... well... The food was like any other Taco Bell, it is what to be expected. The service is okay and the conversations the employees were having probably should have been a conversation that customers shouldn't be hearing, however, I must say that it is a fast food place. I went here on 01/11/2019 and this Taco Bell wasn't on Yelp yet. I had to input the information and send it to Yelp so I can review. The place was clean and I was impressed how my surroundings were kept, however, it was only 50 degrees outside and the heat inside was on like 80 degrees. Wow the third time I have been here and the third time got my order wrong !! Don't know what to say. Must do it a lot because the people that work there go around giving food to customers saying they got a order wrong and we was just going to throw it a way. Bet there profits are way down . This particular Taco Bell location has always been terrible, even before the pandemic, during which time, it has understandably gotten worse. Literally every single time I have tried to order here, the order has been made wrong in some way. Even the correct items are poorly made, and usually falling apart in the wrapper. I have at times explicitly asked for sauce both at the speaker and at the window, and have even been told to my face that they put sauce packets and napkins in the bags, only for me to stop and check while still in the parking lot to find that they had not. I have received attitude multiple times from the employees when I circle back to ask for both and am usually very curtly handed two at the most for an order that is obviously meant for more than one person, even when indicating that I need more. Overall, it is a very disappointing and unsatisfying experience, and always has been. I have give them enough chances, I will not be going back and I strongly recommend you avoid them as well. read more

There are not a lot of choices for lobby dining after 9pm in our little town so we ended up at this Taco Bell. We were in the lobby before it closed and waited on a large family to place their order but still had our order in before 10pm. As we placed the order we were told, you can order but you have to take it to go. By the time we were done placing our order 2 more groups had come in along with a single man. The delivery truck driver came in and asked us to move our vehicle so he could make his delivery and my husband went and moved his vehicle. Our food came about 10 mins later and was a joke to say the least. We ordered basic tacos but there wasn't even a tablespoon of meat on each one. We remained in the lobby as the parties both before us and behind us were either still eating or had not yet gotten their food. When we were done eating the large family that was traveling had gotten their food and were now trying to eat in their car and the single man who was also asked to leave was blocked in by the delivery truck. He was not told he would be blocked in by the truck and not allowed to sit and eat his meal in the establishment. It is my understanding that in a Family friendly environment the lobby closing hours meant that if you were in the lobby prior to the doors being locked you were allowed to remain and eat your food. I have been here on a few occasions and the staff had to be called in from the parking lot each time to actually work. Do not recommend this place. read more
