After being programmed by television commercials all weekend while watching sports, I was directed to this fine establishment for its Nacho Fries. While I was down there, I got an Encherito, a discontinued menu item temporarily added back for a limited time. Both were really good. Ordering at the drive through and getting my order were quick and seamless. I'm a frequent flyer here... I love the staff, and the service is always quick and friendly; but... 70% of the time there is "something" wrong with our order. Whether it be missing items, or incorrectly prepared items (missing toppings or toppings we asked to be omitted, included). A quick phone call, and the manager is always friendly about replacing the item... but that doesn't help much when we are sitting down ready to eat (not to mention, we live 20+ minutes away). I hate writing awful reviews, but this is warranted. This morning I stopped in for breakfast on my way to work. I've done this in the past and have ALWAYS been greeted and received great service. This morning I don't even know what happened. I pulled into the drive thru and an older man was in front of me. He kept saying "hello" "hello", no answer. He even pulled up to the window and yelled a few times, no answer. After about 5 mins of sitting in the drive thru (and trapping me in the drive thru because now someone was behind me), finally someone came to the window. It was a good 5 minutes before he ever received his food too. I thought maybe they stopped serving breakfast because the breakfast menu wasn't even up. I ended up leaving (when I finally could) because I was going to be late for work. If a business is to open at 7am and there are multiple people working inside (which there were because the older man told me he could see people), why did we not even get acknowledged as customers? I will not be returning because sitting for over 10 mins in a drive thru was unnecessary, especially when you hadn't even been waited on. read more

Checked in on 4/4/2016 for breakfast. The rating of Taco Bell is in comparison to the other fast food places which serve breakfast. I found Taco Bell's products had more flavor, than McD or BK. Took several items, but the best one, which actually should have rating of 5 stars was the Cinnabon Delights. Mini Skillet Bowl was my next favorite item. I added creamy jalapeno sauce to it. The location was clean and the employees were responsive. It helped that they were not busy with other orders at that time. read more

This is now my third purchase that includes sloppy food and incorrect items. I give the benefit of the doubt as I know how difficult the restaurant industry can be, but this is ridiculous. The worst Taco Bell ever. I don't know what their deal is with sauce but it's like they refuse to give it out. Ask for 5 hot sauce for the 5 items you ordered and they'll give you 2. 5 hot and 3 mild? How about 10 fire and 4 hot. It's actually amusing at this point because you never know what you're going to get. You also don't know what you're going to get when you order. They get it right about two thirds of the time. This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to, but unfortunately we always go back because it's closest to our house. Every single time we go our order is messed up; it's even worse during breakfast. I get bacon egg and cheese burritos, but for some reason they always put nasty nacho cheese sauce on them! It makes them inedible! Then when we go through the drive thru and specifically say, "no nacho cheese sauce" They say it doesn't come with any in a matter-of-fact tone....but guess what??? Woah nelly, this was hands-down the best Taco Bell I have ever visited. (and I am a huge fan of the bell). The meat was hot and fresh,the lettuce tomatoes and cheese all perfection and the tortilla shells were crisp and not in any way stale as they tend to be at some TB restaurants. To top it off, the service was good. Never have I reviewed a taco bell on yelp before- but this one was fantastic. On my next PA road trip, I will return!! read more

This taco bell is one of those "yeah I want taco bell and its really close" taco bells. The food is most of the time ok. I have noticed that the later you go the faster it is to get your order and the more likely it is to be correct. If this is the closest taco bell then great, if it's not then go to the other one because you will have a better experience. read more
