Walked in, they couldn't take my order at the counter. We had to use the screen to order. Paying with cash. 5:28pm. We waited until 6:00pm still nothing. I went to the counter and the guys said they hadn't started it yet. But he would rush it. I said if it not ready in 10 minutes I'm leaving. He then ask me to pay. I had I wasn't paying until the food came. He gave me an odd look. I just told him to cancel it and we left. I said I would review them on yelp. I told them that they suck. 40 minutes to get Taco Bell. Crazy. Taking care of uber and drive thru not inside customers is a terrible policy. Won't be getting Taco Bell again. Absolutely horrible service takes forever. This place needs better workers because they aren't experienced enough to make a taco lol.

The way this taco bell is run is backwards, especially for anyone who wants to pay cash. For starters, you cannot go up to the main register at the counter and place an order. Orders can only be placed at the kiosk. So if you wanna pay cash, you have to wait in line at the kiosk place your order. Then stand in line at the main counter to pay with the cash. So you basically have to stand in two different lines to just make your order and then pay.. I just happen to be in here and saw a group of about 5 13yr old girls, and the man at the counter was being beyond rude to them because they were just trying to make orders and pay with cash. Because they clearly are not old enough to own a credit card. She placed her order, went up to the counter to pay and then he told her to go back to the kiosk. read more

I ordered 3 cheesy cordita crunches and got one gordita crunch and two regular tacos... HOW hard is it to put a flower tortilla around a taco? I dont normally complain but there was even an instance where we stood for 10 mins (inside) waiting for breakfast just to FINALLY be told they don't have eggs (had to drive to the one on sunrise just to get breakfast for my friend) Point is unless you check your bag right away or order inside they're pretty basic. Perfect example of how fast food should be. Service is fast, both inside and on the drive-throu. Best part is the food prep. The tocos are always loaded up, nothing is skimped to save money unlike their friend down the street (Burger King) which always underfills your fries. read more

I am a Taco Bell addict, sad I know. That being said, this is the best Taco Bell I've ever been to, and I've been to quite a few. Not once, in all my years of going, have they ever gotten my order wrong. I can give them the most complicated requests, and they listen and get it right every time. There's one girl in particular who's there very often. She is fantastic. One day I'll ask her name and compliment her to the managers. It seems there are always familiar faces there, which means a low turnover. Happy employees means better service. Thanks guys! read more
