If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I ordered a soft taco from here and there was multiple hairs in my meat. On top of that I went to the restroom and there was no toilet paper, piss all on the floor along with the smell, and a roach to accompany me while peeing i guess.. Teenage night time crew is the worst. Rude to guests, they don't even acknowledge that someone is at the front register. Unsanitary, they don't wear food prep masks and they're talking to each other, spreading spit particles all over foods they serve to thousands of people a day. While they updated the look of the inside of the restaurant, they installed fluorescent lights that almost seems like a tactic to make customers go away. When I get to the order window two employees are standing there having a causal conversation like me and 6 other cars in drive thru behind me are not there. It is all about customer service and this location has forgotten what Custer service means and who buys the meals to keep them in a job. We stop by there from time to time, after church, to get a Crunchwrap. Today, the cashier was head to hear in the drive thru and when paying she looked like she was mad at the world. I had to ask her how much since she was only interested in taking my money. No greeting, no thank you, nothing. It will be some time before I stop there again. I can't speak to the other reviews that detail poor service.... I ordered using a filthy kiosk and the cashier (paying cash) gave me a large soda cup when I paid for a small. Other than this, this Taco Bell is absolutely disgusting. The place is absolutely filthy. Trash and old food laying on tables under tables etc. the lacquered wood tables and parameter eating counter was sticky and disgusting. There was a musty and very distinct Oder in the entire place not to mention excessive humidity that made the food unappetizing. The exterior obviously has recently undergone a fresh paint job, but that's about it. The hedges are filled with garbage, the parking lot has beer cash old bags etc the doors and windows covered in hand prints etc. my review is substantively supported by the Yelp linked health code violations for cleanliness. Take a drive another 5 minutes up the road to another one and do yourself a favor. read more

This Taco Bell is consistently good. My usual is the crunchy taco supreme and caramel apple empanada. Those are always good. I recently tried the rolled chicken tacos (which are really just taquitos) with the nacho sauce. They were really good! I was surprised. Just $2 for a pair with one dip. They also have guacamole and spicy ranch dips. The guacamole is okay, but I prefer the cheese since the tacos otherwise need salt. I've yet to try the spicy ranch. This Taco Bell easily has double the customers than any other Taco Bell I've been to. At any given time there are at least 8 cars in the drive-thru line. This naturally leads to excessive wait times for food, both in drive-thru and dine-in, especially in the evening. Today was probably my shortest wait time - ordered inside instantaneously and got my meal in another 7-8 minutes. Why still come? It's Taco Bell. It really doesn't need a review. This location does a solid job of not messing up your order. However, that's about all the positives I can add. This should be a *desperation only* store. The drive thru line is always packed. The inside dining room is usually really messy. I won't call it dirty, because it's usually just cluttered. I believe it's the customers, not the employees... however, they aren't wowing anyone by fixing it either. I'm a TB fan. This location is NOT on my approved location list. It also is NOT on my avoid at all costs list. I really have lists of Taco Bells. Don't hate. read more
