Normally if you order food late at night your order it's going to be half way put together and sloppy. BUT not tonight it was amazing. Especially after a long road trip and needing some food and the worst part was my check engine light turning on in the drive thru. This is the second time I ordered online to have it picked up in the store and they closed the store and I had to go through the drive through with a big line and now my food is going to be cooled again. Because I been waiting for 30 min in the drive through. And I can't cancel my order. I would have never order if I keep waiting In the drive through line. If they are going to close the store they should not offer it online. I am pissed off don't go to this taco bell I been waiting for over 30 min now in the drive through and there is 5 car yet. When I got up to the drive through window I asked him were on the taco bell app can I cancel the order he said it's under help I said I looked twice and didn't see it he turns and said I can't help it if you can't fucking read. Sign on front door that said "We're closing at 8 today" which is an hour early. I pulled through the drive through at 7:50ish with a mobile order already placed and was met with a "you're gonna have to cancel the order we're closed. Lazy staff. THE WORST TACO BELL!!! Every time I go here it takes at least a half hour for even a simple order AND NOT ONCE HAS THE ORDER EVER BEEN RIGHT. The dining area is filthy. The workers don't even care if they're slow and don't actually pay attention to your order they basically throw what they want in the bag and call it a day. Honestly we ordered from door dash not even 10 minutes after the order was placed the "manager" turned off door dash delivery because they "don't have the people to do online orders" so how about next time turning it off earlier rather than having us wait to find out you turned it off! this experience was degrading, dehumanizing and overall outstandingly frustrating. i was justtt trying to get some food with my friend before a very important event. we ended up being almost 45 minutes late even though we left very early to get there. seeing as though they are a "fast food" place, and their food tastes as such i would've expected to not have to wait 45 minutes to get an order for one person. we sat there and saw the workers doing nothing to take care of order for quite some time. there were also a line of door dashers and other customers waiting for their order for a hugely long amount of time. they were not short staffed, nor were they even having a rush. just incredibly lazy. as a worker in the food industry it is not hard to take care of your customers, it is actually your job. Also the tables were dirty and it is clear that none of the employees have initiative to work, and seemed to wander. will not return, come here if you want to wait 4 hours for a taco. read more

This is definitely not one of the better fast food places in the Sheboygan area. The food is what it is for the most part; it's the same fast food "Mexican" menu that you'll find at any other Taco Bell, except that this one is a Taco hut. That is, it's attached to a Pizza Hut. That means there's always a really weird smell in the place, because it's a mix of taco meat and pizza. What's a bummer here is the service and upkeep. The cashier seemed to not know or care what was going on, and there were mix ups in the orders before and after us. Somehow, ours came out without much of a fuss. It took FOREVER to get our simple order ready though, so it's definitely not a quick stop. We got a few freezes that tasted like they had too much syrup/flavor/whatever in it, but it wasn't a big enough of a deal for us to complain or worry about it. The tables were almost all dirty, and the soda fountain area was a nightmare. Missing lids, trash everywhere, and EVERYTHING was sticky, like an unsupervised child had been going around pressing buttons. It gets the job done when you want Taco Bell I guess, but there's a Culver's down the street that I'd rather go to than go here again. read more

Terrible service. We waited for over 30 minutes with a 6 piece order with absolutely NOBODY in the store. When we came in there was like 2 people in line through the drive through. When I finally asked at the 30 min mark about our food and why people through the drive thru were being given their food before us we were told they came before us. We were never offered compensation for our time. Just a smoothie as a wait offering gift. Super disappointed in the lack of skills the employees have. They ever publicly fighting with one another with us present. Won't be back here again unless I am offered a compensation or a drastic difference in employee work ethic is improved. read more

As others have posted, this is the worst Taco Bell for service. Walked out today after not getting waited on at the counter. A bunch of people saw me standing there, in fact a maintenance guy stood right in front of the cash registers talking on the phone and everybody ignored us. Saw a car that was ahead of us that went through drivethru order and get their food and still no one acknowledged us. This restaurant only takes drivethru orders. This is the third time out of the last four times I have gone there this has happened. Nobody there cares!! Don't know who the manager is or franchise owner but apparently they don't care. Lots of bad reviews on social media. I keep going because I like Taco Bell. Unfortunately will not be back to that one again. read more

Great place to be if you'd like to waste 15-45 minutes waiting for someone to literally slap together five ingredients in what should be the easiest food to ever make. The last two years, the 'management' has been non-existent. They seem to think of advanced ordering with the mobile app as an inconvenience and guess what? You get to wait anyway for an app order you have to RESTATE TO THE CASHIER because they have not been trained on accessing app orders. And most of all, there must be issues with their electric bill because they NEVER turn on their outside lights after sunset in a very lazy and blatant attempt to discourage business, and often lock the doors before the posted hours, forcing you to wait forever in the drive-thru. Corporate needs to revoke the franchise for this location. Everyone in town knows this location is absolutely terrible with non-existent service. read more

I stopped there today and was not impressed by the lady at the window. She didn't greet me, didn't tell me how much i owed just grabbed my money never told me my change and then never said thank you when handing me my food. She just let the window slam closed. Can't rate this a zero. Like others have said if you want to wait 15-30 minutes for just some tacos and breadsticks don't bother. When we visited we waited 30 minutes for our food. Before we got our food we saw others before us getting wrong orders left and right. No apology was given by on duty manager. A lot of the food was coming out cold as well. read more

Went to this Taco Bell because my son requested steak quesidillas. We live 40 miles northwest and this is the first time at this Taco Bell as I was in the area on business and would not be going through any other city with a Taco Bell on the way home. First time at this Taco Bell and will probably be the last. When pulled up to drive-thru there was one car ahead of me ordering. Took about 5 minutes--ok I thought no big deal, maybe the people did not know what they wanted. When it was my turn an employee came on the speaker and saidto the effect of be right with you. Literally 4 minutes later took my order of Pizza Hut breadsticks and 2 steak quesidillas. Another 3-4 minutes while the car ahead received their order. Now pay and receive a bag with my food and set it on the front seat beside me. While I was putting my purse away and still had my window open the employee said wait-we forgot to put the quesidillas in the bag. So I put the quesidillas in the bag and head home. Get home and the quesidillas are chicken NOT steak. I check the receipt and it says STK for steak. This was 15:45 on a Tuesday afternoon. Not busy at all. Should have read the reviews before I went there. I guess I should have checked to make sure the quesidillas were steak not chicken but as my son told me there was no reason to. The order screen at the drive thru window said steak. We have gone through many Taco Bell's over the years and have never had a problem. read more

The restaurant wasn't busy when we got there. There were 2 customers ahead of us that still had not been waited on. We waited at the counter for 15 minutes for someone to come to the register. The manager on duty seemed inconvenienced to help us. It took 30 minutes for us to get our order. Which of course they forgot parts of so we had to go back. The manger again seemed irritated to be helping us. And the couple that were in line behind us were still waiting for their food. I will NEVER go back to that restaurant again!!!!! The wait for my husband's food wasn't horrible about 5 or 7 minutes. Somewhere in between. But before going inside to order we sat at the drive through for about 5 minutes finally a guy said "just give me a sec." A couple minutes past and still nothing so that's when we got fed up and went inside. I ordered a Pizza Hut cheese personal pan and the guy who took our order looked in the oven and said "sorry we only have pepperoni" and the guy talked so quiet my husband and I could barely hear him.
