I eat at this Taco Bell frequently.. I don't always use the restroom but I have in the past and today I needed to wash my hands so I used it today.. the sink faucet is hanging on by threads or the water line and it has been that way for awhile. I noticed it the other times as well but after months of it not being fixed I figured maybe they will see this and feel compelled to get it fixed. Just after pulling away, I checked the order & found I was given plain tacos - not supreme. I headed inside to the counter to get it corrected. This Taco Bell consistently forgets items in our orders. Not to mention, I received this Crunchwrap that was burnt to a crisp just now. They gave us 25 (literally 25) packs of mild sauce that we didn't ask for. No forks in the bag. After moving from Tipp City to Troy last year, this place definitely makes me miss the Tipp location. I just went there and ordered two nacho Belgrades one regular and one only meat and cheese when I paid for it and checked to see if I got everything I was missing the regular one went back though and the guy that was working was rude and tried to tell me I only paid for one because I only ordered one. I have no big complaints about TB. We've eaten here several times, kids love it. However, I must say something about what I witnessed just now: One of the workers in the food prep line grabbed his cell phone, made a call and was talking on it while working on preparing our food. (Do you realize how filthy our phones are!?!). Whoopty-doo he had gloves on BUT they do nothing to protect our food if you don't TAKE THEM OFF and PUT ON A NEW PAIR. Do they take them off when they use the bathroom? (Sarcasm) Seriously, if you touch your phone, put on a new set of gloves. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever received. When my husband and I walked up to get our meal we overheard them saying they spit in our food and that it "adds more flavor". After that they told us the lobby was closed when it was only 9:30 and they don't close until 10. THEN,as we were leaving this worker literally flipped us off in the window. I have given this location many chances to redeem itself and they have failed every time. I've been to many (too many...) Taco Bells in my lifetime and none of their locations has ever been as horrible as this one. Not one time have I been satisfied with my order here. If you're looking for any other ingredient besides tortilla, don't waste your time. In the past, I have ordered a chicken quesadilla and gotten only two pieces of chicken in the entire thing. Ordered a crunchwrap supreme and I think they forgot that meat is the main ingredient? There were maybe two bites of meat, the rest was mostly lettuce. Also, the crunchwrap itself was falling apart. It looked like it had not been properly grilled so that the tortilla would stay together. Other times, I've ordered nachos and received them cold and soggy. Missing items in my bag is a frequent problem as well. I guess if I'm craving Taco Bell, I'm forced to drive 15-20min. to a different location. read more

I have never posted a review, but the level of incompetence from this location is bordering a level of concern. I'm only in this area once every couple years but this week we tried going there twice. I understand that the faults of a fast food business are generally minimal issues, given that every menu item is a variation of the next, but when there's hasn't been one successful visit, it gets aggravating. First visit we decided to try the promoted nacho taco, they offer it regular and spicy. The girl behind the counter was quick to complain about the evening so I didn't expect much, but I ordered spicy, she read it back, receipt stated it, got regulars. Tonight we try again and my wife had a crave for a Crunchwrap, but can't have tomato's. (We all understand that when we have a taste for something we have to cure it). Crunchwrap, no tomato, and again we'll try to get two spicy nacho tacos. "Everything look ok on the screen?", "Sure does", "need sauce?", "I don't think so". All is good. Get to the window, changed my mind, wanted sauce. Said, "hey, I lied about the sauce, could I have a couple packets of whatever you grab?" Almost felt like I criticized a close family member with that request, all I received was huffing and puffing. A lot of attitude for a simple request. To end this story of incompetence, I received two regular nacho tacos, a Crunchwrap full of tomato, and about 40 packets of sauce... for 3 items. I'm currently at Taco Bell in Troy. This is the WORST experience I have ever had. I have had to go through the line 3 times in order for them to get my food correct. First time they didn't hand me a receipt or even the food I ordered, second time half of the order, and then my Third time going through they were shitty about it and finally gave me what I wanted and no discount or money back. There's no manager on the floor , I asked to speak to one and there was not one working. There are a bunch of 16-18 year olds in there without a clue about what they are doing. Highly don't recommend, save your time and go to the Taco Bell in tipp city for better service. At least they have managers on the shift at all times. My order was a little complicated, and I didn't get the name right on one item I really wanted. The cashier and two people in the kitchen worked with me to get the order adjusted to my taste which involved figuring out how to enter the deviations in the order entry system. Over years, I have had consistently great service and food from these people, this location. I really appreciate these hard fast workers and the great food! You will be pleased here. read more
