Ordered food at 8:25pm 1/03 Sunday through the Taco Bell App. Got there at 8:30pm only to find a car blocking the drive thru. I tried knocking and nobody answered. I called and a robot responded with "please enter the remote access code". Crazy considering online hours say open until 12AM, and the app processed my transaction and has yet to refund me. I stopped at the Taco Bell on 14042 Red Hill Ave. in Tustin. I ordered The Breakfast Wrap Combo; with fries and, a diet soda. The wrap; scrambled eggs, bacon, yellow cheese and, a hash brown that was inside of the wrap. That was a delightful breakfast wrap, with the flower tortilla that was nicely toasted, soo good! The fries had light salt & crispy, with a good taste. I drank a diet soda with the meal. The place was nice and clean. The cashier was super friendly. I came in on a Saturday morning around 10:00 am and ordered 2 crunch wraps and waited 20 min for my order. It wasn't very busy, there were only 3 customers in the restaurant and 3 in the drive through and at least 4 or 5 people working. When I checked on the status of my order they hadn't started working on it yet and when I asked for a refund because I couldn't wait any longer, they told me that in order for me to get my money back I would need to call my bank and dispute the charge. Came here after a night out. My friend and I had been talking about the cheese and I had a craving that needed to be satisfied. Ordered the crunch wrap supreme with extra cheese. Horrible service! The drive thru was taking forever for a single car to move. Line literally backed into to the street from 2 directions. I called the store because I was stuck and the girl said they were working on a single mobile order and hung up on me! They cant handle more than one order at a time??? Taco Bell is one of my biggest guilty pleasures and this is favorite location. Let's be serious for a second, Taco Bell is pretty terrible "mexican" food, but I love it. I know that it's bad for me. I know that it's not authentic at all. I know that it'll probably give me diabetes and high blood pressure. With all that said, I love it. My go to item is a chicken quesadilla and a taco. I rarely review fast food places, but this one is different. The Redhill Taco Bell is a teen kid's music hell in the morning (Haven'tbeen here at night)! And I love it. This is your typical Taco Bell with the same old salty and fried food and same old complaints about wrong orders, wrong change, etc. that you would experience at many fast food haunts. But, listen closely...they pipe in Classical music as a tactical weapon and it works. This is on the way to and from Tustin High School for several hunded kids. This used to be truant hang out. Kids with no money and no place to go would take up seats supposedly for paying customers. Then, they dumped the hip hop and rock, and put on Bach to Rachmaninoff. Now kids can be seen running away, and/or killing their eardrums with headsets so they can't hear the fugues, etudes, and other cultured music. People who don't like the music still stay long enough to eat, even kids.But only those with appreciation of culture actually hapily eat their cheap, unhealthy but fun junk food at a leisurely pace. Since most of Taco Bell's ingredients arrives pre made, there's no needto talk about how their food tastes compared to other Taco Bells. Parking is ample, but it's busy as neck during lunch and dinner. But its best asset is the proximity to the 5 Freeway on ramp. This is one of Taco Bell's newly designed stores. The interior is warm and inviting. It's almost like a Starbucks. It looks nothing like a typical Taco Bell. By far one of the best Taco Bells I've ever been too. Open late which is nice because I work as a sound and lighting technician for a few club and bars venues. Kuhlea (night manager) is one of the cutest/sweetest employees that works there. She Always greets with a smile and always gets my order right(I'm a little complicated with ad ons and modifications). I come through at about 3 am so having someone take my order with her positive energy and politeness is surprising and refreshing. Still pretty time-consuming. It is about 10:00. I've been waiting in line for the drive-thru for about 32 minutes. I barely reach the drive-thru window to pay. No apologies no sorrys. I receive my order only to find that it was incomplete. I wish there was another Taco Bell in the area to go to because I feel as though this one does not have enough competence to complete the late drive-thru orders. I think this is one of Taco Bell's newer designed locations. I was a bit surprised on how modern it looked inside and their lounge chairs, which I found interesting. I came here for a quick bite, service was quick but that's probably because our food was probably prepped earlier and then just assembled real quick as ordered. I came with my boyfriend and we both got a double chalupa and an apple empanada. Our chalupa was okay.. the shell was not crispy and so it slowly started to fall apart when we were eating it and it was warm. Our empanada, one was room temperature and the other was hot. So only one was made fresh and the other was sitting out for awhile. I get that they're probably pre-cooked and sitting under the light, but when you give a customer two different temperature food, it just makes us know that they aren't fresh and have been sitting out for awhile. I came across this place through Yelp - I wanted Taco Bell and this location was easy to go to while I was driving from So Cal to Nor Cal. It was easy to locate, Google Map took us right to the location. There is ample amount of parking space available since it has a private parking lot. I went straight to drive thru - it was a pretty long line. The girl that helped me with the order and payment didn't really look like she wanted to be there, there was no excitement in her voice neither did she make an eye contact or smiled at me when she gave me my food. I had to ask twice to repeat my order because on the screen I saw that she didn't sub beans instead of beef despite my clear instructions and at the end in the bag I noticed that she only gave 2 sauce packets.
