Beside the wait and the boring atmosphere Bueno has stepped up thief food game. They just need to work on everything else.

This is the worst Bueno experience of all time. So terribly slow, does anyone even work at this location? Where are the employees? Where are the management? This place needs to be burned to the ground (metaphorically) for how angry it has made me waiting over 45 minutes for 2 party burritos. Also, it's been this slow every single time. I was born and raised on Taco Bueno in Fort Worth. I now reside south of Houston and crave TB. A few years back they opened two locations within an hours drive. Unfortunately, both failed within a year. Was driving through Oklahoma and happened to see this location. It was a Sunday night and no cars in the drive through. I placed my order. (pretty simple 2 party bean burritos, 1 party taco, 2 muchacos) no drink as I hate Pepsi products. Staff was super friendly and I paid right away. I sat at the window for literally 20-25 minutes. The dining room had maybe 4 people in it but other than that it was empty. I am thinking to myself that I will get hot and fresh food since it is taking so long. Wrong it was all ice cold and I for the life of me couldn't figure out what took so long to make it. My order wasn't complicated. Thank goodness I didn't order something tough like a nacho salad. I don't normally leave bad reviews but this place was horrible. There were only about 4 cars in front of me in the drive thru and they took my order immediately. After waiting 40 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 of the cars in front of me served...I left. I guess Citybites will get my business tonight. read more

Tonight's deal at taco Bueno was the Mucho nacho for $1.99. Awesome deal right? I literally had to go through drive-thru three times each time the Mucho nacho was made over. I asked the lady at the window to literally stick her finger all the way through the Mucho nacho. Her face was oh my God your food is cold yes it is cold for the 3rd time. I tried to tell the cook that rushed me and gave me the third Mucho nacho. The lady comes back to the window apologizes and I tell her again this is the third Mucho nacho that you guys made literally within less than five minutes and it's still cold. So clearly tonight none of the warmers worked on the cheese the beans or the actual ground beef. Now I will say you are getting your moneys worth for dollar 99 but if you want hot or even warm nachos it's not going to happen tonight. No Bueno She did give me free cheesecakes for the inconvenience. They were super hot. Needless to say I reheated the nachos in the microwave at home. Lol read more

For a new "fast food" restaurant in a heavily populated part of Moore, they are slow slow slooooow. The slowest Taco Bueno in Moore. I would rather drive it of the way to the one on Santa Fe because I would probably be home before I'd even get to the window at this location. Every time I come they're slower than before and here's hardly ever any meat in the tacos. Last time I made it home without the queso to my chips and this time I made it home without the chips. I guess I have to check my order EVERY TIME. Or just don't come back... On a positive note, the staff is always friendly and that's one of the reasons why I have returned/tried giving it a second chance. read more

The food prep area during my visit tonight is the worst I have ever seen in a restaurant. The floor was completely covered with food and the countertops were hardly visible for all of the food strewn everywhere. The wait time was extremely long and another customer who was here before us finally requested a refund when she didn't get her food after we got ours. We waited over 10 minutes and she even reminded them at one point that she was still waiting. The people who ordered in front of us were missing lettuce on all of their orders and my husbamd was told after waiting for over 5 minutes that they were also out of steak. So disappointing to see as I was expecting this to be a nice restaurant because it is fairly new and in a nice area of town. read more

Ordered a Taco Salad with NO meat and a #4 with side sauce. The shell wasn't done on the Taco Salad, wasn't given any extra sauce that was ordered and when I went to call the number on the receipt, it said the number wasn't in service! The phone number is also provided online. read more

We went by tonight never were greeting in the drive through sat for over 10 min no one ever said anything we said hello a couple times and no response. We called the store and the person working snapped and said we only have two people working we waited a little longer and still no replies in the drive through. Maybe they genuinely were under staffed but snapping at us and not at least letting us know was a bit unprofessional. read more

I couldn't comment on the food because I never got any. This is my second attempt to eat here. The first, I never made it to the speaker to order because, although the line wasn't too long, it never moved. After the person behind me gave up and backed out, I also backed out and left. However, I tried again yesterday. The woman at the drive through was so incredibly rude to me, I will NOT be returning. I placed my entire order, then she rudely told me she needed to know the drinks first. I have never been asked to order this way, so I repeated what she asked. She indicated that yes, I needed to tell her the drinks first. So, I did. Then I waited, and heard nothing in any form of response from her. I said, "Hello?" Nothing. I asked, "Are you still there?" She then came back with an incredibly rude tone and said, "Ma'am, I'm NOT going to SCREAM this at you! You act like you're having a hard time hearing me. Are you having a hard time hearing me?" She could've asked that politely, but I assure you, her tone was incredibly rude. When you factor in the fact that I can't hear out of my left ear very well, I was deeply insulted. However, the issue was NOT that I couldn't hear her, but that I didn't understand what was going on. I said, "You know what? I'm going to go elsewhere." She snorted back, "Fine! Have a GREAT day." (Again, the tone is what made this a problem...rude, rude, rude and rude.) We drove across the street and gave McDonalds our money instead. read more

I love Taco Bueno, and I especially love that this Bueno is close to my home. This particular Bueno, however, is disgusting. I keep going because each time I'm hopeful that it will be clean, but 99% of the time I'm disappointed. Tables are always dirty. The food prep area always is unclean with food on the prep table and on the floor. The people who take orders - and even a manager who gave me a refund - speak maybe 5 words to me. And today there were no napkins in the entire store. Gross. Finally, as if the cleanliness isn't bad enough, I frequently wait upwards of 20 minutes to get my food. Hands down worst Bueno I've ever been too. It's so close however the drive to the 12th st store is worth it. Floors are always disgusting, salsa bar is empty or pathetic, wait times are high, there were no napkins!!!! NO NAPKINS!! So disappointed in this store. read more

This is the worst Bueno location in the Moore area. If you're looking for a late night trip, go to the Santa Fe location. This one is trash. Waited at least 40min to not even get to order, no one answered the intercom. There isn't an excuse for that. Save yourself the long frustrating trip and just go to another location. read more

I love Taco Bueno and was happy to get a local one. But this place is awful. The service is ALWAYS bad. The food is ALWAYS bad. No matter how many chances I've given this location, no matter how many different menu items I've tried, every single time it has been horrible!!
