Yesterday I had the first real Buffalo wings since I used to live in western NY. I went to college I. Buffalo. So I know the real deal. Our waitress Grace was very attentive. And her teammates helped out as well. And, I know this sounds crazy, but the ice cold Coke was on point. If you've every had your throat burnt by over fizzy coke from a fast food joint, then you appreciate one that was cold full of flavor, and had the right amount of fizz. I had a taco trio: steak, shrimp and chicken Tika. The shrimp was a little salty but the other two were great and the cilantro and lime were do fresh!. Was in a rush so picked up take out. I ordered roasted Korean black pepper wings with a side of crispy Brussels sprouts. They were packed tonight so it took about 30 mins for my order to be completed. I love their roasted wings. The Korean black pepper is always on point. The wings are a good size and tender. The Brussels sprouts were glazed in honey and balanced out the wings well. I definitely prefer dining there with friends, but takeout quality was great. read more

We are a large group that generally meets here every other Thursday. We have adult conversations and have requested half of their meeting are for us to meet in. We'll come to find out after 4 times having horrible experience, James the general manager told us we were an in-convince to the restaurant and the staff. Funny how we bring 40 to 60 people come each Tuesday and drink and tip well. Never bring a large group here. They are not accommodatable. They back out of agreements and completely refuse to work with us. Any time I ordered naked wings with no sauce or flour (because I have celiac) they would come out dipped in flour or fried in the same oil and all the other wings that had flour on them I'd be sick for days. They never would accommodate the no flour or wheat on my wings, or bake them. I can't eat anything from their menu. read more

I am giving them three stars only because their servers tend to disappear each time, and every time we have been there we have had different servers. Super dry impossible burger that was lacking seasoning in a very significant way! $17 for a burger and what they say is an upgraded side (parmesan zucchini), which was really just zucchini steamed... There was no Parmesan to be found. This meal looked like the presentation of a kids meal! Also order the seafood tacos, both fish and shrimp. Those weren't bad but felt there should've been at least one more taco. Presentation was also lacking. Server did a great job until We received our food, and then she was nowhere to be found... I really enjoy Taco Mac's food. The carne queso dip is very good! And the new peach bourbon glaze for wings is my favorite sauce. Any time I am in town, I make it a point to eat here. The place is clean and staff are pleasant, very rare occasion they get busy and may forget to come by and check on you but this can be expected with a busy place. The TVs can be distracting but it get it, it's a sports bar. Overall I enjoy this place and regularly attend. read more

I would give zero stars after the fiasco on Sunday 2/7/21. 1st don't take orders and money and when It's time to pick up the order say it will be a 1 1/2 hours . After waiting 1 1/2 hours patiently I then asked for a manager to request a refund which the manager was willing to do but not right then. After another 15 minutes the manager made another trip to the kitchen he came back with my order. Poor planning and service sad to have taken 1 1/2 hours for 20 wings. Main dish time, I wanted two Beef Tacos, I was told I could only order two tacos on Tuesday. My only choice was three. Oh well. My tacos arrived, warm, not hot, soft taco shells were cold, and the side of rice was cold. Our other plate, Salmon, same thing, cold rice. 100 beers on tap, 200 of the bottle variety I was here on Super Bowl Sunday, so the place was mobbed. Despite the packed house, I found a spot at the bar and was waited on promptly. Both bar tenders were spot on...when my beer was empty, they quickly took my order for the next. I've popped in here a few times, for a drink at the bar and quick appetizer. Friday night about midnight and there aren't many options for food on this side of town. We wanted to dine in. We tried calling phone rang off the hook. That always means to me, they too busy to answer. So I immediately hooked online and placed my order to go. Philly steak egg rolls and 6 wings, 3 lemon pepper and 3 sweet chili and fries. Order ready at 12:40. Arrives early and waited in my car until 12:40am. Went inside and couldn't get a person to the front to even ask about more order. So I assumed it's not ready and went back to the car. Went in about 12-15mins later and still had to wait for a host to find my food order. I finally get my food sometime after 1am. Get to car and started eating. Y'all the wings were sooo good. I was actually shocked. That sweet chili is tasty with a lil kick of heat. The wet lemon pepper was bussin'. Didn't hear any complaints about the Steak egg rolls either. Even my fries were good, still had heat. There was some commotion in the parking lot. A few rowdy patrons leaving, be loud and yelling. Seemed like a younger crowd. I decided to pull off. When we asked to switch a TV from one station to the next TV we were told by our bartender that her manager spilled four drinks on the control center and that none of their remotes work and that they've been operating on a blu tooth speaker for music. I came here with my gf and another couple. My friend highly suggested the spicy black bean veggie burger so me and my gf ordered it with a side of sweet potato fries. I wasn't really impressed with the burger because the black bean patty seemed sort of dry and didn't have much flavor to it. Other than that the sweet potato fries were great and our server was great as well. I would recommend this spot for to catch sporting events due to the vast amount of televisions they have broadcasting sport channels. Also great for hanging out with friends and family. Don't order anything that you haven't brought your own of. Like for example, if you order something that's supposed to have BBQ sauce, bring your own BBQ sauce because they'll just quietly bring it to you without BBQ sauce if they don't have the BBQ sauce. Let me tell you the story. I had to wait an hour after being seated just to be asked what I'd like to drink. The drink came out without a straw. I had to wait another half hour to be asked what I'd like to order. I ordered a single item meal that's supposed to come with multiple things, namely two sides and some sauce. I did not special order at all so it was supposed to have the default side of fries and cole slaw. Not only did it take entirely too long for the food to arrive but neither the cole slaw nor the sauce were brought out to me. I did not touch the food while I tried to flag the waitress down to ask about the missing items. This took another half hour. When I inquired about this I was told "oh, we're out of those" in a very rude and dismissive tone. I asked "you didn't tell me you're out of them when you let me order it, did you know you're out before you let me order it?" "Yes" "Then why didn't you tell me?" The waitress sucked her teeth at me and walked away. I got up and walked out without even touching my food. As for why I didn't touch the food at all before walking out, when you order something at a restaurant, a legally binding oral contract with the restaurant is made. You order something on the menu, and when it's brought out to you, the value is created. However, it IS a contract. If they don't deliver the food you ordered, you don't have to pay for it. Now, the sauce in question is frequently paired with what I ordered, namely tartar sauce with fried fish. To me, eating fried fish without tartar sauce is like having just plain dry white toast. It's inedible. It's also NOT what I ordered, and I was NOT informed that they were out of tartar sauce when I ordered it despite the waitress being aware of this fact. 1: I would have ordered something else had I been made aware at the time of ordering, and everything would have been fine. 2: I was not informed of the lack of tartar sauce and cole slaw. 3: I detest dry fried fish, there is no value in it, as such value was not created. Therefore, I did not even touch the fries because I wasn't going to pay for a meal in which what I ordered was not delivered. I tried to ask for the manager by name and was informed that he had gone home. By the time the waitress rudely sucked her teeth at me and walked away, the food was already cold, and as such, any value in the meal was further lost. Since the value ordered was not delivered, I walked out without paying for or eating the food. I went to the Steak and Shake a quarter mile down road on Buford Dr and had myself a burger because by then I was hangry as heck because I'd been dicked around for nearly 2 hours by staff that clearly didn't want me there and could have just refused me service so they could serve a customer they actually wanted money from. Ordered takeout early evening on Saturday. Drove 25 mins to get there and 25 to get back home. We ordered 20 wings and a side order of fries and tots. When we got all the way home we realized didn't receive any of our sides. When I called the store they had disconnected their phones to not receive any calls. I understand Saturdays are busy for restaurants but to turn your phone off is just beyond uncalled for. I called multiple times throughout the night and from different phones but all were the same. The waitress whose name is Mackenzie(not sure if correct spelling) was absolutely rude and disrespectful. She rolled her eyes and acted like they were an annoyance more than anything. They ordered but began to really feel annoyed when other people that came in after were served their food and drinks before them. I was not there however I was on FaceTime with my daughter. I was listening to the whole thing. They asked to speak with a manager and were told that he was busy. Well long story short the management then decided that they would accuse them of stealing a beer. Police were called and yet their was not one arrest or any verbal communication from the police. I went up there and I myself spoke to one of the police officers and he had no idea what beer incident I was referring to. So in other words they used the police as a scare tactic for these young people. This is WRONG on SOOOO MANY LEVELS! As you all know I am a Mama Bear so I went up there and one of the officers asked if I need anything from him. I explained that no I did not except to find out what exactly was going on. I let him know that I was on the phone with my daughter when I heard they were being accused of stealing and that the police were going to be called. The manager actually walked back over to where the police officer was and the Officer asked him if everything was good and the manager said yes because they all were leaving. What bothered me most was it felt so racially motivated to me that I am literally disgusted by it. The managers name was Rob. Now mind you I am not sure if that is a first or last name but all the same he was very rude and disrespectful even when I asked him his name he was very cocky and his demeanor was very smug.
